now everyone knows
there is no secret
revealed to the world
in words unfortunately spoken
regret spills from my lips
as soon as they leave
but it's not like i can take
any of it back, nonono,
it remains, it stays, it coalesces
into a madness unbidden
until i'm swallowed by its
nightmarish fangs
and live forever amongst the
fleshy undertones of
a whale
(release me into the world)
