Tyler stood in the corner hesitant as they walked in. "Is there a Tyler Young here?" one of the policemen asked. Tyler stood out and raised his hand looking confused as well. The police officer who was standing behind the guy in front came out and grabbed Tyler by the wrists pinning him to the wall. "I'm afraid you're under arrest son." "Wait! What did I do?!" Tyler yelled out. "Some young man came to the station screaming at us that you killed his mother and stepdad." he replied. Both mine and Tyler's eyes widened as he said that last part. "It wasn't his fault!! He was used!" I immediately blurted out the first thought that came to mind. "Those were my parents! Look officers, he didn't do it. I do admit he was the getaway but he didn't commit the crime! He was forced to do it." I yelled. "Who forced him to do it?" The officer raised his voice. I didn't know how to respond. I know who did it but I didn't think I could just rat out Tylers dad.. Tyler will have to be the one to do it. "Alright then, if you aren't going to answer. We are taking him in." Tears started flooding my eyes as I watched them take him out of the room. "I'll see you soon okay? I won't let you go." I told him. He smiled and nodded which made me feel even worse because I didn't do much. I sat there thinking about Jonathan in hatred. The time had passed extremely quickly by me just sitting there in silence. The nurses came in at about 4:15 in the morning checking up on me. I asked them if I could be let go so that I could see Tyler. One of the nurses left without saying a word but the other one sat down next to me and smiled. "Yes, but you will have to be drivin, you can not drive in your condition especially since your car has been totaled. I will drive you to the police station. I saw them bringing him out of your room so I knew you wouldn't be in the best of moods." "Thank you so much. I will get dressed quickly so we can leave." I replied. She smiled and walked out of the room so I could put my clothes on. I had a hospital gown on which is why I didn't have my clothes. When I put on my shirt it was torn everywhere. I just didn't seem to care. All I wanted was to get Tyler out of that place and take him home. Maybe about 10-15 minutes passed and I was ready to try and bail Tyler out. I went out to find the nurse and she was waiting for me at the front desk. "Ready?" she asked me. "Yes! And thank you for doing this. It means a lot." I replied. "Of course! You crazy kids." She smiled and led me to her car that was parked outside. She held open the door and I thanked her. I didn't even know where the county jail was here. In fact, I didn't know where many things were here. I only knew where the grocery store, movie theater and mall was. I didn't even know where the hospital was until now which is probably not a good thing. Me and the nurse arrived at the jail and got escorted inside by one of the officers. The nurse decided to stay back while they took me into this room with two doors on each side. They opened the other door and a man in a bright orange jumpsuit came walking in. Took me a second to realize it was Tyler. He didn't even look the same. He looked depressed and dirty. I got up and hugged him tightly. He sat down and kept staring at me with big eyes. "You need to tell them it was your dad" I blurted out. "I hate seeing you like this. I know I should've said something back there but I figured maybe you should be the one to tell them. I just, I just don't know." "Look, it isn't your fault I'm in here. I actually figured I'd end up coming here since I was technically a part of the crime scene. I was the getaway and it is a big deal." he replied with sorrow in his eyes. "But it isn't your fault. You were forced to do this. Your dad even forced you to try and kill me... But you didn't. You stopped yourself Tyler. That proves that you are a genuine person. You were just afraid." "NO! I stopped myself because I fell in love with you. If it was some random person I probably would have committed to it. I was in a rough spot with my dad and my mom's death still hurt me. It was unexpected and I just didn't care anymore. If I die a criminal then I die a criminal you know? I didn't give a s***. Then suddenly it changed. I met you and fell in love. I actually cared about things." he stated. "Tyler, please. I just want you home. I don't want you to be in this mess. I-". Right as I was talking an officer came in and took off Tylers handcuffs. I shot up so quickly. "Sir, why are you taking off my handcuffs?" Tyler asked. "I'm afraid someone has bailed you out." the officer replied. Who bailed him out?" I asked. "I did" Then from out of the corner the nurse responded. "Seriously?! Thank you so much! Wait, how much was it to bail him out?!! I have to repay you!" I screamed. "Don't it's completely fine. The love, forgiveness and trust that is filled in this room because of you all. It's pure. I don't want that to be ruined. I had that once, but sadly that person is no longer here. I want you two to have a long and healthy relationship. You too's happiness is enough for me." She smiled and walked out of the front door since I didn't need a ride back. "Thank you so much!" I yelled. I ran up to Tyler as he came back from changing his clothes. I hugged him tightly as he gripped my waist. I looked at him and kissed him all over. "Let's go home," He exclaimed. I nodded. We borrowed a spare car from the police station. We told them we would bring it back the next day. We just needed it for the night since neither of us had a car here. We got in and Tyler held onto my hand tight as he drove us home. The ride was mostly quiet which I didn't mind. It was 6 in the morning so the sun was just barely rising. It was quite nice actually. Whenever we arrived I saw a shadowy figure at the front door. I immediately got Tyler's attention and told him what I saw. He looked over and said he could see it too. I was getting a little freaked out. When we got closer you could kind of make out of the shadowy figure being a man. Tyler told me to wait as he got out of the car. He walked up and then his arms started flaring around. I got out of the car immediately when the motion sensor light came on revealing who it was. "So, are you just going to stand there or are you going to greet your dad? Tyler."
