AUTHOR POV

Lucas and y/n went silent after talking about the past

Lucas POV
I guess I hurt her a lot but still I'm still happy that we both remained as friends and I am glad that we could talk about this matter

Y/n POV

After telling Lucas what happen in the past I could feel the pain again but I know that I don't have any feelings for Lucas anymore but it felt weird the silence between us is killing me and that made everything awkward so I tried starting a conversation with him

Y/n: awkward
Lucas: right

We began to laugh at ourselves

Y/n: I'm hungry tho
Lucas: I'm glad we bought foods earlier

I grab the bag full of chips and open a bag of chips and ate it while watching the sunset and it made me smile, I suddenly felt Lucas staring at me as I am smiling at the sunset and I spoke

Y/n: stop staring will you?
Lucas: who? Me? Pfft

He look away pretending like he wasn't lookig at me

Y/n: I can feel your glaze lucas
Lucas: ohh you felt it huh?
Y/n: I almost thought a ghost was looking at me!
Lucas: did you just killed me by saying im a ghost?
Yn: idiot! Look at the sunset, not at me
Lucas: whatever you say

We both laugh at each other and our eyes met

Lucas: y/n
Y/n: hm?
Lucas: I'm sorry for hurting you in the past and I'm sorry for giving you pain for some reasons

He look down and played with his fingers

Y/n: ohh Lucas don't be like that it in the past and it's not your fault for the pain that I've got before
Lucas: but its because of me

He said looking at me in the eye, I can see that he is sorry, but that doesn't matter to me anymore

Y/n: yes it's because of you, but that doesn't mean your the one who gave me the pain, yes you are the one but is mostly my fault for expecting something from you
Lucas: still I'm sorry y/n
Y/n: ey don't be

I gave him an assuring smile

Yn: look at me!
Lucas: mm?
Y/n: if your guilty then ill forgive you but remember it's not your fault okay?come here give me a hug

I opened my arms and he gladly hugged me

Lucas:I'm thankful for you because you stayed and continue being my friend even tho I caused you pain
Y/n: you should really be thankful
Lucas: ill always be

I broke the hug and hit him really hard making him wince in pain

Y/n: you just ruin the fun mood a moment ago
Lucas: what? Me? Heh
Y/n: yea you and it's weird to see you sad
Lucas: I'm a human I have emotion and that includes being sad, idiot!

We both laugh and talked about stuff and we didn't even notice that it's already dark

Author's POV

The sun already disappeared and the two were still in the beach, Lucas suddenly remembered that they have to get home because is getting late

Lucas: lets go home, your bro might be worried now
Y/n: who said ill go home?

Yn sheepishly smiled at Lucas making the lad shake his head, he can sense trouble from Yn's smile

Lucas: are you insane? You'll get me in trouble
Y/n: I'm sane okay?! And no your not going to be in trouble
Lucas: huh? How can you be sure of that Jaehyun hyung will kill me
Y/n: pfft but still I wont go home with u just drop me at a motel or something
Lucas: motel?! Really? And you're telling me that I'll let you alone?
Y/n: yes
Lucas: no I won't let you I'll just go with you not in a motel tho
Y/n: then lets go find a place to stay for a night
Lucas: ill drive

They both wandered around until they have arrived in a hotel

Y/n: two rooms please receptionist
Lucas: you'll pay?
Y/n: nope you'll pay
Lucas: no I won't I didn't bring enough money to afford two freaking rooms
Y/n: u have a card right?
Lucas: I do but I left it at home
Y/n: oh great

Yn sighed, and Lucas feel embarrassed since the receptionist was looking at them

Receptionist: actually we have a room that has two beds in it and it cheap
Lucas: then we'll get that room please
Receptionist: okay sr, here is the key to your room sr
Lucas: thank you

Lucas gave the receptionist a wink making Yn gag

Y/n: stop that

They went to their room suddenly y/n got a call form her brother

Y/n: hello?
Jaehyun: WHERE ARE YOU?
Y/n: somewhere far away from you
Jaehyun: YAH! WHEN WILL YOU COME HOME?
Y/n: tomorrow
Jaehyun: WHAT? COME HOME NOW!
Y/n: why would i?
Jaehyun: ARE YOU WITH LUCAS?
Y/n: idk
Jaehyun: I'll wait for you until you come
home
Y/n: dont wait bye!

Lucas POV

I was watching tv and I heard Jaehyun Hyung screaming on the phone and it gave me chill since I know that ill be a dead meat once we'll arrive at home and I am sure they will start asking me about my relationship with y/n

Y/n POV

I end the call and I could see Lucas having a scared look on his face and I find it funny

Y/n: you're scared?
Lucas: m-me? Pfft no!
Y/n: you sure?
Lucas: yeah
Y/n: lets go to sleep
Lucas: oh we have school Tomorrow, oh shoot we have no uniform
Y/n: I have an extra in my bag
Lucas: oh great I don't have any extra
Y/n: no you have one it's in your car I saw it earlier

Yn said as she tuck her self in the bed

Lucas: oh right hahaha I forgot
Y/n: aigoo~ my baby Lucas is getting old

Yn teased

Lucas: shut up and go to sleep grandma
Y/n: grandma? Really? Don't call me that
Lucas: what? Its your nickname and it fits you well
Y/n: huh? Why would it fit me?
Lucas: because your getting old hahahaha
Y/n: were both getting old idiot!
Lucas: shh let me sleep

The bickered for a few hours and eventually went to sleep

Time skip

Y/n woke up first and saw the time and it's 6 in the morning she went to the bathroom and took a shower and change to her uniform the school starts at 8am and it takes 30mins from here to their school she went to her bed and saw Lucas sleeping peacefully in the other bed she watch him sleep for awhile and suddenly she felt hungry so she ordered food downstairs and when she got back to the room she saw Lucas drying his hair since got finish showering and he already changed in his uniform

Lucas: where did you go?
Y/n: I ordered food
Lucas: why didn't you wake me up earlier?I should have gone with you
Y/n: no it's okay let's just eat and go to school
Lucas: we can take our time is 7:16
Y/n: still we might get late
Lucas: right lets eat

The both of them ate breakfast and checked out from the hotel and drove their way back to school
