The Princess and the Prince

Chapter 13

Hugo was about to go into his coach until Amber and James ran up to him.

Amber yelled, "Hugo have you seen Sofia?!" "She was in her class and she came out?!" "But she didn't come to the coach?!" Hugo said calmly, "Amber calm down do you remember who she spoke to last?" James gasped and said angrily, "Hildegard!" "But Sofia left with her and didn't say where she was going." Hugo and James went to royal stables to get Sofia's flying horses and theirs. And they went to the enchanted forest which was far away from Enchancia.

Hugo soon saw some light from a cave. Him and James, they ran into the cave and saw a witch, and saw two separate cells with Hildegard and Sofia. Hugo went to Sofia's cell and tried to wake her up. Sofia's eyes started opening sightly all she could say, "Hugo is that you?" Hugo got the keys to her chains and unlocked the chains, Hugo said, "Yes it's me." Sofia almost collapsed to the floor but Hugo caught her, Hugo reassured, "Don't worry Sofia I'm never going to leave you." Sofia smiled weakly. Then all of a sudden the witch came back.

She said, "Oh hello Hugo my love!" Hugo asked, "Who are you?" Sabrina introduced herself, "I'm the evil witch of Enchanted Forest and I kidnapped your friends." "And my name is Sabrina." Sofia asked weakly, "What or who do you want?" Sabrina replied, "I want Hugo dearest." Hugo shouted, "I will never be yours!" "Or Hildegard's!"  The real Hildegard shrugged off because she was interested in Hugo but she wasn't in love with him. Sabrina got angry and started firing her spells at them.

Surprisedly James and Hildegard got out of the cave. As Sofia and Hugo were trying to get out of the cave, Sabrina was about to fire back until Sofia shouted weakly, "Wait!" All of sudden her amulet started glowing as she went closer to Sabrina which made her weaker and lose her powers and disappeared in a puff of smoke.

Hugo exclaimed, "You did Sofia you defeated Sabrina before she did anything else bad!" Sofia just stood there motionless, the power of amulet made her weaker than before. Hugo said, "Sofia." Coming more concerned about his best friend. In a flash Sofia fainted but Hugo caught her and put her in Electra.

When they were in the sky. Hildegard explained how she got taken by Sabrina and said the stuff she did to Sofia it was Sabrina and not her. Sofia's eyes started opening a bit, Sofia murmured, "H-hugo what's happening?" "What happened?" Hugo said softly, "Sofia just rest ok?" "I'll tell you what happened later, you've had a long day and you need to get some rest."

Sofia nodded and rested her head on Hugo's chest, he was really warm which made her calm down a bit from what happened to her. She soon fell asleep on his chest and Hugo held her tightly all the way to Enchancia. Hugo explained everything to King Roland and Queen Miranda from Sofia getting kidnapped to the part she defeated Sabrina.

Hugo put Sofia in her room so she could sleep. Roland suggested him and Hildegard stay in guest room. Hildegard stayed and Roland sent a message to her dad saying she was safe and she's back. Hugo changed into his pajames. Hugo saw Sofia tense up in her sleep, he held her hand tightly and she went back to sleeping peacefully, Hugo was about to leave to the guest room until Sofia tugged his hand tightly, Hugo decided to sleep with Sofia. Then he remembered her royal debut ball was on Sunday, so she had nothing else to worry about.
