PREGNANT

CHAPTER THIRTEEN

We arrived at the airport and a car was there waiting for us. It took us less than thirty minutes to reach our destination. My brother was staying in the capital Kingston.

"Brother, what a surprise! I didn't think I would ever see you again."

"Yeah well you wouldn't have if it wasn't for my woman I wouldn't be here."

"I see.... Come on in."

Zuri's POV

It seems as if I had been in this hell hole for years now. But I know it has been jus five months.

Gary would come in every day to feed me and give me updates about our 'wedding'. I'm just happy he hasn't tried anything with me and I don't know what I would do if he did

I haven't seen my father since the last time I saw him in the restaurant either but I'm great full for that. As for Theo, I gave up on the hope I had of him finding me.

Sadness has been my friend and I welcome him every time. I've been trying to not get too stressed out but it is hard when you are locked up by a psycho who is making plans for a wedding you didn't ask for.

Some nights I've had some weird dreams that makes me question alot of things. Like is it normal to be dreaming of a child calling you mommy every night and everything about the dream is always the same.

It scares me sometimes because I don't understand it. I mean, I haven't had sex for months so there is no way I could be pregnant, especially considering that I haven't gained excessive weight or had any sickness whatsoever, and I still have my period so it's really weird for me.

"Come on we need to leave."

Gary burst through the door looking frantic and scared. He moved around the room searching for something.

"Where are you taking me?"

I questioned but it looked as if that was what he wanted to hear at the moment because next thing I knew my left cheek were burning.

"Don't freaking question me, don't do as I say damnit! And hurry before I drag you."

I stood up from the bed and wiped the corner of my mouth as it suddenly left wet, I was bleeding. I urned and glared a him. He just glared at me harder dearing me to say anything.

One minute I was walking out the door the next i was flying across the room. Smoke was everywhere and my ear rang so loud my head hurt. I tried to move legs to stand but something heavy was on my right leg and the left one felt broken.

"Zuri! Zuri! Come baby answer me. Come on open your eyes."

I tried to open them but they suddenly wouldn't budge. They felt really heavy and I was too tired to try.

"Tell them to get the......"

Suddenly everything stopped.

Theo's POV

For the first time in a long time tears blurred my eyes as I stared down at my angel on the hospital bed looking half alive. It took us about eight months to locate those bastards. They were really well hidden. No one would have thought to look for them on an abandoned island.

We really underestimated those pigs. Thoughts of what they could've done to her in that time frame angered me. I just want her to open her eyes and tell me that nothing bad happened to her because if it had I would never forgive myself.

"Mr Black, I would like to see you in my office."

I didn't even realize the doctor entering the room.

"Ok."

My voice was rough and my throat felt like it was being clogged up. I look at Zuri on last time and kissed her forehead before I followed the doctor to his office.

"Please have a seat."

I sat and he looked at me with emotions I would rather not see at the moment.

"Is there something you want to say to me doc?"

He cleared his throat and took up his notebook from the desk.

"Mr Black I've got some good news and bad news for you. Which do you prefer I tell you first."

"Bad."

He nodded and sighed.
