My Karate Kid (Daniel LaRusso x oc)

Chapter 7- Halloween Dance pt.2

    "This way." I said, running down the street towards a chain link fence. I heard Johnny and his friends behind us, making Daniel and I run quicker as we got to a part of the fence that we could easily climb.

    As soon as we got over the fence, I jumped, landing in the athletic field. Daniel was behind me as we ran, running ahead of me slightly as we got closer to the fence. The apartments were in view as we neared the fence, my heart pumping quickly.

    Daniel jumped onto the fence, attempting to climb it but being grabbed by Johnny and Tommy. "Let go of me." I shouted as I felt someone grab onto me, trying to fight back, but failing.

    I heard laughter as Daniel was pulled off the fence, and pushed into a circle and towards Tommy. "Take this wimp." He said, kneeing Daniel in the stomach before pushing him towards Johnny.

    "Stop it!" I shouted, fighting against Butch who held onto me. Again, as much as I tried to fight back, he outweighed and outmuscled me by a lot.

    "You couldn't leave well enough alone, could you ya little twerp." Johnny said, shaking Daniel.

    "Get off of him!" I shouted at Johnny, only to get ignored.

    "No, you had to push it. Well now you're gonna pay." Johnny spat. Daniel was gasping for air as Johnny punched him in the stomach.

    I kicked Butch in the shin, causing him to let me go as I ran at Tommy, on knocking him back a bit. "Oh you little..." He pushed me to the ground, before Daniel knocked into him.

    "Oh, where you going, sweetheart?" He pushed him in front of Johnny, who kicked him in the face, knocking him to the ground.

    "Daniel!" I ran over to him, kneeling in front of him. He was bruised and bleeding, filling me with anger.

     "Leave him alone." I said, my tone sharp as I turned around to face the Cobra Kai's and Johnny.

     "Stay out of this Marie!" Johnny snapped, positioning himself in his fighting stance.

      "No! Leave him alone." I snapped, positioning myself to defend Daniel.

       "Tommy, get her." Tommy ran towards me, but I dodged him, kicking him in the chest. He fell back onto the ground, but he didn't stay there long.

       "What's your sudden liking with this wimp?" Johnny asked, his tone accusatory.

        I didn't respond, still focused on trying to protect Daniel as Butch and Bobby ran towards me.

        I did my best to fight them off, but there was two of them and one of me. It resulting in me being grabbed and held away from Daniel as the rest of the Cobra Kai's dealt with Daniel.

    "How about a front kick Johnny?" Tommy stood Daniel back up, allowing Johnny to kick him right in the stomach. Daniel hunched forwards, and Johnny spun around and kicked it in the face again, causing Daniel to fly into the fence.

    "Enough!" I shouted, clawing Bobby's arms to try and escape. Butch stood Daniel up, who was limp in his arms.

    "Enough man." Tommy shouted, making Butch narrow his eyes.

    "Shut up, Tommy!" He shouted. Tommy turned to Johnny.

    "Look at him, man! He can't even stand up." Johnny didn't care, as Bobby held me away from Daniel.

    "Leave him alone! Please!" I shouted, being ignored again.

    "That doesn't mean anything." Tommy turned towards Johnny.

    "Johnny, leave him alone man, he's had enough." Tommy snapped.

    "I'll decide when he's had enough, man." Tommy glared at Johnny.

    "What's wrong with you, man!"

    "The enemy deserves no mercy. Right!" Johnny shouted.

    "Right!" Butch replied, shouting back. I looked around frantically, my eyes landing on a bonsai tree in a window.

    "Mr Miyagi!" I screamed as loud as I could, my mouth quickly being covered by a hand. I bit down on Bobby's hand, making him scream. I tasted a bit of blood, quickly spitting it out of my mouth as Bobby dropped me

    "You little-" Bobby grabbed me as I stood and tried running to Daniel before Bobby threw me to the ground, stepping on my ankle, applying pressure forcefully. I yelped in pain,   before using my other leg to kick at Bobby, who seemed unfazed.

    "Don't touch her." Johnny snapped before turning his attention on Daniel. Bobby removed his foot, dragging me up again.

    "Mr Miyagi!" I screamed again, my mouth being covered once more by a mask or hood of some sort.

    "Shut her up, man!" Butch shouted.

    "I'm trying." Bobby shot back. I fought against his grip, but it was no use. I just hoped Mr Miyagi heard me, and he wasn't at home, drunk.

    "You're crazy, man." Johnny ignored him, running towards Daniel with a war cry, when suddenly a shadow dropped on Butch, making him drop Daniel and causing Johnny to miss.

    "Get him!" I was dropped to the floor as Johnny and Tommy rushed Mr Miyagi, failing to attack him as he raised them up and threw them back. I quickly made my way to Daniel, who was out cold. I checked his pulse before noticing Bobby preparing to attack Mr Miyagi.

    I ran over and kicked the back of his leg and striking his back, causing him to fall onto his knees as Mr Miyagi blocked his attack and punched him. Butch raised his leg and kicked at Mr Miyagi, but Mr Miyagi caught his leg, kicking him between the legs twice before dropping him.

    Johnny attacked at Mr Miyagi again, but both his strikes were blocked before Mr Miyagi grabbed his arm and flipped him onto his back, striking him in the stomach. I heard a groan from Daniel as he rolled onto his back, obviously falling unconscious again. Mr Miyagi looked back at Daniel, kneeling down to his level.

    "Hai, Daniel-san?" Daniel didn't respond, and Mr Miyagi carefully lifted him up, throwing him carefully over his shoulder as he unlocked the gate. I threw one last look at Johnny and his gang, who were writhing on the ground before limping after Daniel and Mr Miyagi.
