From- Elliot
What the hell do you mean you got suspended!? The fuck did you do, hot head!?

From- Nathan
Calm down baby. It was a little breakdown in class. It's okay.

From- Elliot
What kind of break down?

From- Nathan
Look, David was talking shit so I put him in his place.

From- Elliot
Jesus Christ did you punch him? Baby please tell me you didn't punch him!

From- Nathan
I didn't punch him. Calm down. I told him he needed to chill out. I called him out for his treatment of you. It's all gonna stop. I promise.

Elliot groaned and threw his phone to the side. He was dating an idiot. He didn't care how much he loved Nathan, he was an idiot sometimes.

Eve came up stairs and sat with her son, smiling softly. "I just got off the phone with Malcolm. I heard what Nathan did.... You picked a good one."

He moved his hands from his face so he could look forward at his mother with a smirk. "I know...."

"You mad at him?"

"A little bit. That dork is leaving me alone for two weeks." He chuckled. "But this weekend is going to be so amazing.."

She shook her head. "Gross....." Eve teased.

He laughed and punched her arm. "Shut up.... Thanks for being so cool about us."

"Why wouldn't I be? You're happy aren't you? That's what matters to me. I'm so happy that you're happy." she rubbed his arms and took his hands. "I love you.."

"I know mom I love-"

"Just listen to me okay?" Eve said calmly and looked up at him. "When I got pregnant, I was terrified I would be a failure. I was terrified that I'd let you down and you'd blame me for all of your life.... When you were born, I was the happiest woman alive. I got to hold my little boy in my arms, his big brown eyes looking back up at me. I was so happy that I cried every time I looked at you for three weeks. As you grew up, I watched you change from a baby to a little boy to a grown man and I'm so proud of the boy I have raised. He is beautiful and he is strong and I love him more then anything in my entire life. I always want you to remember how much I love you. I never feel like I can say it enough."

Elliot sniffled and smiled sappily at his mother. "When I started to get depressed... I'd felt like if let you down. I'd felt like I couldn't be the son you deserved.... I'm so glad you walked in when you did mom. Im so glad you found me because I was making the worst choice. Killing myself... Leaving you would've been the worst thing I could ever do." He had tears welling in his eyes. "I never knew how much I was hurting you until that night at the hospital. I'm so sorry mom.."

Eve let out a choked sob. "Oh Elliot.." She pulled him close and stroked trough his hair. "I love you wether you're happy or sad. I'll love you not matter what sexual orientation, religion, shape, size, or gender you are. You're my son. You're my baby boy. Don't ever think you're letting me down."

Elliot held his mother tightly. "I love you mom... I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry."

Eve hushed him, staying with him all night.

Breakfast, classes, home.

Breakfast, classes, home.

Breakfast, classes, home.

Elliot repeated the same schedule all week, ending with him and Nathan heading up to his cabin.

"Okay... So I have a confession," Nathan laughed as he sat with Elliot up in the front seat. "I've never gone camping before."

"What the hell do you mean you've never gone camping!? Did you even have a childhood?"

"Yes! It's just that my child hood consisted of flying around the world with my father, and sports."

Elliot rolled his eyes. "This is changing today. We are going to do all the cheesy, corny things I can think of! Starting with a camp fire and s'mores, a romantic movie, then cuddling as we fall asleep."

"You're killing me. How about tomorrow?"

"Waking up early, a fire out cooked breakfast, boating, maybe some hiking, top it all off with a romantic dinner by candle light."

Nathan took a look at his boyfriend, reaching over to take his hand. "I'm glad we waited. You deserve something like this."

Elliot blushed slightly and licked his lips. "Yeah well... Im nervous."

"Don't be."

"It's hard not to be."

Nathan groaned but before he could get another word in, they had arrived.

Elliot was already rushing about to unload everything while the other walked around, looking at the beautiful cottage. "Wow."

"I know right...."

Nathan smirked. "It's quite the place to lose your virginity, huh?"

"Nate!"

"I'm just saying!"

Elliot groaned, face bright red. "I hate you."

"You love me."

"I do."

Nathan laughed and wrapped his arms around him, standing on his tiptoes to peck his lips. "Let's get some s'mores... Yeah?"

"Yeah..."

After a lovely campfire and some cuddling on the couch, the two of them slept the night away on the couch. As morning broke, Nathan got up early to cook.

He looked out as the sunrise and just as Elliot said, it was beautiful. He looked at how the light blankets the early morning dew, and how the little droplets seemed to sparkle.

The smell of bacon and cinnamon filled the cottage as he padded along the cobble stone ground.

The younger teen set the tray out and crawled into Elliot's lap, kissing up his jaw and throat.

A soft and faint main was heard passing Elliot's lips as his eyes fluttered open. "This is an awesome wake up call." His hands moved up Nathan's thighs to his hips. "Morning.."

"Good morning." He giggled softly, letting him sit up before kissing his jaw all over. "You taste as good as the breakfast does."

Elliot rolled his eyes and started to eat. "Someone is really affectionate today."

"That's because you've got me in the lovey dovey mood!"

"I love it." He smiled and kissed him deeply.

Today. Today would be a day to remember.
