Sunlight filtered in through the curtains in the room, shining across your face. Your eyes fluttered open, feeling strong arms holding you close. You breathed in deeply, your mind calming when it smelled a familiar scent. You turned your head to the side to see Rossi fast asleep, his face peaceful. He was breathing softly, his head slowly turned to the side in his sleep.

You smiled, relishing the warm sunlight washing over his face. The light highlighted his features and it took all of your self-restraint not to pull him into a kiss. But you didn't want to wake him up, not when he looked like that while he slept.

You laid with him a minute longer until you decided you could brew him coffee and make yourself a cup of tea. Slowly, you untangled your legs from his, lifting his arm slightly to get out of the human cage that surrounded you. You slipped out of his grasp and he grunted in his sleep before his head rolled to the side as he fell back into a deep sleep. You smirked at his cute face, oh, if only the team saw him like this.

Climbing out of bed, you tried to be quiet, making sure the bed didn't creak. You tip-toed around the bed and was halfway to the door when you looked back at Rossi. Smiling you tip-toed over to him and laid a tender kiss to his forehead. He barely moved, too deep in sleep to know. You held in a giggle as you left, set on making coffee and tea.

You got to the kitchen, turning on the coffee pot and then the kettle for your tea. You leaned against the counter, waiting for the kettle to whistle. It finally did and you poured the steaming water into a mug containing a tea bag. The coffee was done not too long after, but you didn't want to pour it into a mug until he got up. You didn't want it getting too cold.

Hopping up onto the counter, you sipped on your tea. You looked at the digital clock on the oven, 7:56. He'd be up soon. He usually got up around eight, maybe even earlier.

As if you thoughts summoned him, Rossi ambled into the kitchen. You smiled at him as his eyes immediately searched for you until they fell on your figure leaning against the counter. His eyes seemed to light up, making your heart swell.

He walked over to you and the coffee pot, "Good morning, bella."

You smiled softly as you took a sip of your tea, "Mornin' Dave." He smirked, standing beside you, one hand on your ankle as he poured himself a cup of black coffee. You watched him and he glanced to you, taking a small sip of his coffee. He leaned against the counter beside you, brushing up against you. It sent tingles across your skin at the contact.

"Did you sleep good?" He asked casually.

You smiled, "I always sleep good in your bed, Dave, you don't even need to ask." Your answer made his lips tug up into a charming smile. "Did you sleep good?" You asked him.

He smirked, "I always sleep good when you're in my bed, y/n, you don't even need to ask." You rolled your eyes at his teasing.

"Why are you always teasing me?" you whined and he chuckled.

"I'm being serious, y/n." This made you blush, his eyes only brightening as your face heated up from his comment.

You slipped off the counter, "I'll need you to drive me to my apartment, if that's okay. If not I can always walk-"

"Walk? You're not walking to your apartment. It's miles away, y/n. I'll drive you, it's not a big deal." Rossi replied.

You nodded slowly, "Thanks."

"You don't need to rush out of here. I enjoy your company. I rather you stayed for another week." Rossi murmured and your eyes snapped to his. Did he really mean what he said?
