Katie's pov.
On the backside of the one room shack, there's a latter that leads to the roof. We climb up and sit down. "the perfect spot for stargazing!" Travis tells me. I look up at the stars above us. "wow it's beautiful!" "not as pretty as you." He says, giving me a breathtaking smile. "I have one more surprise for you!" "Travis..." I start, but he cuts me off by putting his lips on mine. "I can spoil you all I want." He says smirking at me. He hands me a small bag. "Open it!" and I do. Inside, is the most beautiful necklace I have ever seen. My name inscribed on the golden metal, with flowers on each end of my name. My eyes tear up as he says, "I hope you like it... I had the Hephaestus kids make it-" a tear rolls down my cheek. "I love it Travis." I hug him and he holds me for a while, until that hug turns into a kiss. I break away and say, "Thank you." "for the kiss or the necklace?" He asks, smiling. I laugh "Both."
We stay there, under the stars, for another hour, when Travis says, "we should probably get back..." "Yeah I'd prefer not to do chores all day tomorrow." "I bet I could beat ya back to camp." "Oh, you are so on." I tell him and we race back...
