The four girls met in the park when it was already dark, but still quite a lot of people were wandering around, taking advantage of the nice weather.

"We have good news, you'll switch back to your own bodies in two days. Well, in one day, because one already passed." Jisoo informed them and Lisa and Jennie looked at each other with relief.

"But how did it even happen in the first place?" the Thai asked.

"Uhm..." Rosé didn't really want to tell the truth. "We'll tell you when it's all over okay? Right now it's not important."

Lisa frowned, but accepted this explanation without protest.

"So how was your day? Did you had trouble pretending to be each other?" Jisoo asked Jennie and Lisa when Rosé bumped her with her shoulder.
"Maybe they should discuss it on their own." she suggested and Jisoo instantly understood her intentions.

"Yeah, that's an excellent idea. Come on, I'll walk you home."

"Really?" Rosé asked, suddenly smiling.

"Yeah, it's quite late."

"And how are you going to get home after?"

"I'll call a taxi, don't worry."

"Right. Okay let's go." Rosé was still smiling lightly when they headed away together, walking shoulder by shoulder. A slight envy could be seen in Jennie's and Lisa's eyes as they were looking at them stroll away.

"How come they're so good together and we just keep arguing all the time?" Jennie asked the question which both of them were thinking.

"I have no idea." Lisa replied. The hint of sadness in her voice was barely noticeable, but it was certainly there. After a brief moment of silence Jennie spoke first.

"It's odd to see someone else in my body, I really can't get used to it, I feel like I'm talking to myself."

"Yeah, it's damn strange but at least we know that tomorrow it will end."

Another awkward silence followed, but this time Lisa spoke up.

"So how was your day living my life? I hope you didn't get me fired."

Jennie sensed the provocative tone and her automatic reaction was to fight back.

"Please, it wasn't even a challenge for me." she lied, looking defiantly at Lisa.

"Really? Well, for your information, pretending to be you in school was so damn easy, I actually enjoyed it." Lisa countered with her own lie.

Their locked stares were becoming increasingly fierce when suddenly Jennie's eyes softened and she averted her gaze, much to Lisa's surprise. She wondered what could be the reason why the brunette gave up so easily.

"I hate us, I really do." Jennie whispered in a changed voice, standing with her head down. Then she looked up at Lisa and she went on, more and more expressive with every word: "We just don't seem to be able to get along at all, every damn sentence we say to each other is a mockery, teasing or provocation. I just... I just don't understand why, but you make me irritated, edgy and restless! With you I'm not myself, your very presence gets under my skin and I say things I don't really want to say! And it drives me crazy because I don't know where it's coming from, this... this... this fucking unsettling effect that you have on me!"

"I'm glad you said it because that's exactly how I feel." Lisa replied, her voice a little softer than before. "The moment I think about you, my mind riles up in irrational anger, everything about you just... infuriates me!"

"Don't you think we should do something about, like at least try not to insult each other all the time?"

"Yeah, you're right. Because if we keep behaving like that, we may kill each other one day." Lisa said jokingly, making Jennie produce a half-smile. "So... you mentioned that you say things you don't want to say, what did you mean?"

"I mean that... I didn't tell you the truth before." Jennie confessed. "Living as you was really hard, I can't believe I made it to the end of the day. I know now how physically exhausting your work is, I know about overly touchy clients, your racist manager... And that you barely earn enough money to make a living. It was really an eye-opening experience, I realize how difficult your life is and how much you struggle each day... and I admire you for being so strong. So there you go, this is what I really wanted to say." Jennie finished, visibly relieved.

Lisa nodded several times, gulping, not knowing why she suddenly became emotional.

"Thanks." she finally said. "I lied to you too, being you wasn't easy at all, with the amount of studying you have to do and with so many extra classes... Not to mention your school is a really depressing hole, with bullying and everything. And forgive me for saying this, but your parents are crazy, I don't know how you can live being constantly controlled like that."

"There's nothing to forgive, I think they're crazy too."

"And Jennie? I learned that last year you stood up to Moonbyul about her bullying thing, I think that... that it was really cool."

"Oh? But it didn't even change anything, it only brought me trouble."

"Still, you did the right thing. It mustn't have been easy."

"Thanks." Jennie replied, almost relaxed. "See, we can be polite to each other, right?"

Lisa nodded. "Maybe we can. So is there anything more that I should know?"

"Uhm... yeah, there's one thing. I kind of agreed for you to go on a date with Jungkook tomorrow."

"You did what? What the hell Jennie?"

"I thought you might want to-"

"No I don't!"

"Come on, he seems cool-"
"It wasn't your decision to make! I swear, just when I thought you might not be that bad you pull off this kind of shit! Damn it, when will you stop being so irritating?"

"I can cancel it if you want-"

"There's only one thing I want right know: for you to leave me fuck alone!" Lisa spat out and hurried away, continuously cussing under her breath. Jennie watched her go with saddened eyes. Yes, she knew she had made a mistake, but Lisa reacted so violently that there must have been something more to it. The brunette let out a deep sigh and tried to find the last sparks of motivation inside her: "Come on, Jen, be strong, just one day to go..."
