The therapy suggested by the Italian professor worked wonders and after just two weeks of tests, Jisoo was finally informed that her disease was cured and that she was allowed to go home. All she had to do were regular checkups twice a year, but other than that she was completely fine, her nervous system was functioning correctly again.
That was not the end of good news, Mr. Yang kept his promise and a new evidence surfaced in Lisa's mom and Rosé's parents case which prompted their release from prison. The evidence showed that they were wrongfully convicted and that they could even get a large sum of money from the state as compensation. Due to the media coverage of the case, their company started attracting clients again and slowly getting back on its feet. The two families rented two neighboring houses in the suburbs of Seoul and soon moved in. Lisa and Rosé were so used to living together that they frequently visited each other, practically treating each others' houses as their own.
That's why one of the afternoon Rosé entered Lisa's house without even knocking, only to be surprised by the sight of Jennie and Lisa making out on the kitchen table.
"Oops, sorry-" she tried to back away, but it was too late, both girls jumped away from each other, Lisa fixing her hair and Jennie wiping out the Thai's lipstick from her cheeks.
"We were just-" Jennie stopped talking realizing there was no believable way she could spin that around.
"Yeah, of course, let me guess, you were doing what? Preparing dinner and looking for ingredients in each others' mouths?" Rosé teased them. "Come on, you don't have to be shy, I'm happy for you two, I definitely prefer seeing you make out than argue all the damn time."
"Actually, we really were in the middle of preparing dinner but got a little... carried away." Lisa said, her cheeks still blushing. "You can eat with us if you want-"
"Nah, I better leave you two alone, you haven't seen each other for two weeks, so you probably have a lot to... catch up on." Rosé winked, emphasizing the last three words. "Besides I can't because I have a date with Jisoo in an hour so I'm just going to go, have fun... preparing dinner!" she chuckled, turned around and left, still giggling as she left the house.
Glancing at each other, Lisa and Jennie agreed without exchanging a single word that preparing dinner could definitely wait. Their lips clashed fiercely again, Lisa tightly gripping the back of brunette's head and Jennie's hand running wildly through the blonde's hair.
"I missed kissing you so much." she whispered.
"Let's go upstairs." Lisa suggested. "Just let me get one thing." she took a jar of chocolate mousse from the shelf.
"Chocolate mousse? Really?" Jennie asked, an amused look in her eyes.
"You don't want to?"
"No, I mean, it could be... interesting." the brunette's tongue subconsciously ran across her lips. "Come on." she hurried upstairs with Lisa following her to the bedroom.
Just a few minutes later their clothes were already strewn about on the floor, while both girls were completely naked, Lisa seated on the bed and Jennie sitting on her lap with her legs wrapped around the blonde's hips, facing her. The brunette had to finally break their long, passionate kiss, not because she wanted to, but because her jaw started to hurt.
"Jen, I need to tell you something important." Lisa suddenly said.
"I hope you didn't cheat on me." Jennie asked teasingly, but a little bit of hidden menace could be heard in her voice.
