"Hm? C'mon pretty boy, one kiss never hurt anyone." his red rimmed eyes and smirk taunted the blue eyed male. How annoying, Mare thought, even when she was high with her ex he never acted like that with her. It's unbearable, really.
"Your breath reeks of weed Thomas." He replies, not sounding as cold as he would like. He pushes away the tall boy's face.
Suddenly, the only girl in the room interrupts whatever love fest was happening across from her "Do you guys ever think Maven is a robot?" She pondered on it. It would make sense, the way he acts, his smarts, it makes sense. Her memories are hazy but she recalls how the boy had reacted perfectly in almost every situation. The green eyed male started snickering "Out of everyone in that damned family you think Maven is the robot?" Kilorn continued laughing as if someone told him the funniest joke ever. Thomas joined in, followed by Mare. Maven's nose crinkled, unsure whether to take it as a compliment or an insult, maybe a little bit of both.
"Cut them some slack" Thomas says taking another puff "If he really is a robot they did a great job on his jawline, and eyes, and complexion, and-" The blunt gets stolen from him before anyone could notice Maven's rising blush.
"Alright, shut up Tom cat" Kilorn interrupts, waving around the blunt as if he were an Italian mafia leader "there are other people here who's been smashing faces with a Calore." It earns him a snort from the short brunette, as well as a puff of smoke."Rude" he mumbles, waving away the smoke from his nostrils.
"Speaking of 'smashing faces with a Calore" the younger Calore starts "tell us how that date of yours led to you meeting my brother dear Mare."
She hums, not really sure if she should start at the beginning or skip straight to the fun part although she did have one thought in mind.
"Sadly, we did not smash faces" she sighs and hears Kilorn stifle his laughter. "Did you block yourself Marey?" the brown haired boy tangled with Maven's limbs just had to ask.
Another dramatic sigh accompanied by a stretch is let out from the Barrow. "Yes, and no. I didn't wanna move too fast again"she shrugged and kicked her childhood friend in the side, nothing too rough. "Sharing is caring fish boy."

If Mare feels crystal blue eyes watch her every move, she does not show it.
It's obvious he's going to have to tug a little harder if he wants the details. Anything to have the tiniest blackmail on his beloved and perfect older brother will do. He looks down when he feels a thud against his chest and finds himself staring at the other male's eyes. Brown pupils, soft brown irises, and they were rimmed with red and pure bliss. "Not even a quick smooch Mave?" and with that, he hesitates, he was never good at following the rules when it came to Thomas, and everyone in that room knew it. Maven shook his head and went back to observing the girl before him.
Ignoring Thomas's protests, Maven asked a hopefully more insightful question. "Where did you guys meet anyways?" he chose to ignore the fact her eyes were on him the entire time.
Fake thinking, the girl easily speaks "Ada's. The one not too far from the school." She relaxes into the couch and seems like she's diving into wonderland. Oh yes, indeed the afternoon was going to be interesting.
It seems she isn't 100% sure where to start with her cloudy and practically hysterical mind. She fixates on the coffee table before her.
"Well, you know," surprisingly she seems to struggle with whatever small consciousness she had left. "As usual, I got stood up or whatever. Not a big surprise to me though." She lazily shrugged and blinked slowly. Maven's lips tugged downward at how normal it sounded from her. Granted, she was a little off the charts right now from the thing being passed around. This once Maven thanks the cursed thing because Mare, being Mare, would not open up without it.
