"Okay, yeah, yeah. Bye." I wake up to Noah saying.
"Who was that?" I say turning over to look at him.
"Oh, no one. Good morning beautiful." Noah says ignoring my question.
"Good morning." I say.

If he doesn't want to talk about who it is then I won't make him.

I get out of bed and head downstairs.

There's knock at the door and I go over to it. I look through the peep hole to see Ethan. I practically fall backwards before Noah catches me.

"Who is it?" Noah says concerned.
"E-Ethan." I say with wide eyes.
"What the fuck would he want." Noah say putting me back on my feet.
"Noah just ignore him. Let's go back upstairs." I say grabbing the sleeve of his hoodie.

The doorbell rings and Ethan knocks once again. This time Lee comes jogging down the stairs.

"Who is it?" Lee says noticing we're already downstairs.
"Ethan." I gulp.
"Just ignore him. Let's go back upstairs." Noah tells Lee.
"But why is he here?" Lee says going to the door.
"I don't know. Lee just don't answer it." I state.
"Well maybe he wants something, what if someone's chasing him and he's going to die of something." Lee says turning the door  knob.

Lee opens the door and I sprint into the kitchen and Noah follows. But faster then I can even sprint.

I stop in the kitchen and look at Noah with wide eyes. "What are we going to do. I refuse to see Ethan."
"Back door." Noah points.
"Noah I don't have shoes on. It's cold out and I'm in shorts and shirt." I whisper.
"I'll carry you or whatever. Just come on." Noah says picking me up.

I giggle and Noah kisses my hand.

"Elle, just come on. Ethan knows you texted him last night." Lee yells.

Noah stops in his tracks. "You did what?"
"I didn't text him. Noah I was with you the whole time. You never even saw me on my phone." I say truthfully.
"I'm getting you away from Ethan because I fucking hate him but we're talking about this after." Noah says before leaving.

We get outside and Noah goes into the garage. Noah puts me down and we get into the car.

"So." I start.
"So why'd you text him?" Noah asks.
"I didn't." I frown.
"But Ell-"
"Noah why can't you believe me. I will literally show you my phone. I didn't text him." I say getting my phone out of my pocket.

I go onto my phone and realize weirdly the wallpaper has been changed to a picture of me and Ethan that I had taken before everything happened. I thought I deleted that? But I just brush it off and go onto my messages but then I realize I did send him a message. But when? How?

"Wh-what?" I say when I see the message.
"I'm sorry Elle. I'm fucking stupid. You wouldn't have sent Ethan a text. I know you." Noah says ignoring what I just said.
"Elle? What's wrong?" Noah says putting his hand on my thigh.
"I did send him a text." I say looking into his eyes.
"What? Elle why?" Noah says putting his hands on his head.
"But I didn't." I say staring at my phone.
"What?" Noah says looking at me.
"I didn't have my phone at eleven thirty last night. It was downstairs in my purse. And we were upstairs." I say looking over to Noah's confused face.
"Wait. We were. Someone took your pho-"
"And I didn't even go to get it last night! But somehow it was one my bed side table when I woke up." I cut Noah off.
"But who knows you're password?" Noah asks.
"Me, you and Lee. And Lee wouldn't do that. No, he wouldn't." I say shaking my head.
"But Elle." Noah says.
"Lee wouldn't do that." I state.

There's a knock at the window and me and Noah both jump in shock.

"Elle. Just common. Ethan knows you're in here not more running." Lee says.
