Graduation

"You're graduating today Elle." Noah tells me as I get up.
"Oh really? Didn't know that." I joke.

Noah just shakes his head. I look down at the ring on my finger, so it wasn't a dream, I'm actually engaged to Noah Flynn.

"You like it still?" Noah jokes.

I look at him and climb onto the bed where he is.

"I love it." I say kissing him.
"Well I love you." Noah says in between kisses.
"Go-"
"Okay you're lucky you guys weren't naked because I would have literally went to kill myself right now." Lee says taking a deep breath.
"Good morning." I laugh as I get off of Noah and sit on the bed.
"Good morning, so you're promising you're telling me what colleges you got into today, right?"
"Yes Lee." I say jokingly rolling my eyes.
"Okay, you better."
"You haven't even told me what colleges you've gotten into yet? So why should I?"
"Well I'm waiting for you to tell me so we can tell each other at the same time." Lee says making up an excuse, it's an okay one though.
"Okay, goodbye now." Noah says getting Lee out of the room.
"Have fun you too." Lee jokes as he leaves.

Lee doesn't close the door behind him. "Lee close the door."
"What, are you guys going to be doing something you can't do without the door closed?" Lee says peeking around the door.
"Meh, I'll do it with the door open." Noah says starting to kiss me.
"Okay yeah, door closed." Lee says closing the door.

Me and Noah laugh.

"So what colleges did you into?"
"I'll tell you when I tell Lee."
"Pleaseeee." Noah says doing puppy dog eyes.
"Fine." I sigh.
"I got into Harvard." I fake smile.
"Oh my Gosh Elle that's so good!" Noah says pulling me into a hug.
"But you also got in-"
"Berkeley." I sigh as I finish Noah's sentence.

I sit there quiet for a couple of seconds.

"Elle I want you to go to the college you want to. Not with the person you want to go with." Noah says putting his hand on my thigh.
"Harvard." I say under my breath.
"Hm?" Noah asks.
"I'm going to Harvard."
"Are you sure? You can think about it you know." Noah says looking me in the eyes.
"Noah I've been thinking about it for three weeks now. I want to go to Harvard."
"Then go to Harvard, with me." Noah winks as he try's to cheer me up.
"You go to Harvard?" I joke as I cuddle with him.
"I don't, what made you think that." Noah jokes back.

Me and Noah drive to the graduation together since Lee is picking up Rachel, June and Mr.Flynn are leaving a little bit later since I need to be there earlier and my dad and Brad are also leaving a little later. When we get there I walk over to the teachers with Noah beside me.

"So I hear that you're name is now going to be Elle Flynn." One of my younger teachers says.
"It is." I smile.
"But you are only seventeen?" She asks.
"Yeah, we won't get married till I'm eighteen, or nineteen." I shrug.
"Makes sense, you know, young love always works out. Good luck Elle." She says before she walks away.
"What about luck to me." Noah jokes.
"I'm pretty sure she meant with graduation." I giggle.

We're all sitting down but I'm in the front row with Lee and Lisa on my side. I look back and see Noah looking right at me from four rows behind. Noah smiles and makes a funny face and I giggle but look back when the principal starts saying names.

"Elle Evans."

I here Noah scream and I giggle as I walk up.

After everyone goes up we throw our hats up in the air. I'm finally a graduate. Noah rushes over to me and kisses me.

"Hello my graduate." Noah says.
"Hello my last year graduate."

After I hug everyone me, Noah, Lee and Rachel go over to talk.

"Soooo?" Lee asks me.
"Where'd you get in." He adds on.
"You first."
"Ugh fine. I got into, drumroll please."

We all make a drumroll noise.

"Berkeley and Brown!" Lee yells.
"Oh my Gosh congrats!" I hug Lee.
"Now you Elle." Lee says impatiently.
"Drumroll." I say.

Everyone makes a drumroll noise. Even Rachel, surprising. Maybe we're getting closer. Maybe.

"Harvard!" I say happily.
"And?" Noah whispers into my ear.
"One sec." I say grabbing Noah's hand.
"I'm not letting this end up like last year Elle. Please just tell him, he'll understand."
"Okay."
"And Berkeley." I say once we're back.
"Oh my God! Yes Elle!" Lee says hugging me.
"Now which one are you going to?" Lee asks.
"Lee please don't be mad-"
"Elle it's fine, we'll be three hours away." Lee says grabbing my hand.
"Plus, you guys are engaged!" Lee says trying to cheer me up.
"And where did you get into?" I ask Rachel.
"Brown." Rachel smiles kindly.
"Well at least you guys and go together?" I say smiling.
"Yeah." They both say looking at each other smiling.
"Elle I really gotta talk to you." Rachel says out of no where.
"Oh, sure." I say walking away with her.

I look back at Noah and Lee who are both confused since they know Rachel and me definitely aren't the best of friends.

"Yes?" I ask her.
"I really don't want to go to college enemies. And the fact that both our boyfriends are brothers, and you and Noah are engaged, and hopefully me and Lee are sooner then later, so it's just I feel like maybe we should be friends?"
"Of course Rachel. I understand that." I say smiling.
"So friends?"
"Friends." I hug her.

Rachel isn't a person who enjoys hugs, but she tightly hugs me.
