"Goodbye baby." Noah kisses my head before he leaves for school.

I've been staying at the apartment and doing online classes ever since we got back from winter break. But Noah's been going to school since he can and he's had a lot of football practices.

"Bye, love you." I kiss him softly.
"Love you more." Noah smirks before closing the door and locking it.

I close my eyes and squeeze my hands as I get any other cramp. I've been having a lot lately, for about three days now. But the baby has also been sleeping and kicking my uterus a lot so that's most likely why. Today she's exactly a month from her due date. I can't believe in a month I'll be holding her, giving her kisses on my head and loving her more then I already do.

Today I decided I would do some shopping. Not just for me, but even more stuff for the baby. When we were down for winter break we had a baby shower.

June and John got us two car seats for each of our cars and a strollers that the car seats connect to. The car seats are grey with a pink handle and the stroller is grey and with a pink handle too. Lee and Rachel got us a crib, which me and Noah definitely weren't suspecting, we were just going to buy one with our own money. It's white which is perfect because the room we painted the room a light pink and the accent wall is grey. Other people just got us lots of diapers, baby wipes, toys, pacifiers, clothes and really anything you would get a to-be mom.

I get ready into black leggings which are my go to's, since I've grown out of all my pants, a grey t-shirt kind of cropped t-shirt that says virginity rocks, which Rachel got for me for Christmas. It was definitely one of my favourites. I look at the weather to realize it's freezing out, well minus three, but freezing to me. I grab my black puffy jacket which is the warmest thing ever, warmer then being in Noah's arms to be exact, and leave to go off to the store.

I drive to Target first, which is probably my favourite store ever. I go straight to the baby section to see if they got any cute new baby clothes in since yesterday.

After Target Lisa texted me to ask if I wanted to meet up for lunch today, and of course I said yes. I drive to the restaurant where we are meeting and when I get there Lisa's cars already there, so she must be inside.

"Elle!" Lisa nearly screams when she sees me.
"Lisa!" I joke.
"Oh my gosh I love your shirt!" Lisa giggles.
"You know it really does rock." I chuckle.
"I feel like I haven't seen you in forever." Lisa claims.
"I know. I mean it's been about a month, last time I saw you was I think the baby shower." I acknowledge.
"I think so, that's crazy." Lisa admits.
"So how have you been? With the baby too." Lisa asks.
"Good. I guess as good as I can be, being eight months pregnant and barley getting sleep, already." I state.
"Wait, today's the twenty eighth, you're a month from your due date!" Lisa claims.
"I am!" I smile.
"You're so close to having her Elle. Aren't you excited?" Lisa questions.
"Definitely excited, but also a bit nervous. I've never been a mom before, and I'm so young, I don't have any idea how I'll be a good mom." I worry.
"Elle don't worry. You're definitely going to be the cool, young mom." Lisa tries to cheer me up.
"Less about me, how have you been!" I ignore the situation.

...

After lunch and a bit more shopping I go home. It's around two thirty and Noah is at football practice so he won't be back until four or five tonight. Or even six with how long his coach makes them practice. I decide to watch a movie and have a little bit of a self care night. I grab a face mask to do when watching the movie. The movie I decide on is Midnight Sun because it's been on my list of movies to watch for a while.

I'm sit in bed watching the movie when I start to get a really bad cramp. I clench my legs as close to my chest as I can with my huge bump.

I get out of bed to get some chocolate because chocolate makes everything better but when I get out of bed I feel something dripping. My eyes dart down to the water on the floor in shock. My water just broke. Those weren't cramps, they were contractions. I'm in labour!
