Harry's POV

Being away from Anna was like having someone stab you in the heart repeatedly. She called a few times here and there. I tried to keep my composure and be professional, but I really just wanted to be on the phone with her. I was worried about her constantly.

Was she okay being in Susie's old house? Was she missing me as much as I missed her? Did she remember to have lunch? Was she getting her work done?

"Harry it's time." Mitch smacked my foot.

I looked up from my phone and nodded. This was my last show. Then I could fly back to California. I never wanted touring to be over. I loved my fans. This was what I'd always wanted. Now though I just wanted to be next to Anna every morning.

The show was absolutely amazing. Out of this world even. It was a high unlike anything else when I stepped off stage.

"So you're really going to marry her, huh?" Mitch leaned against the doorway into my dressing room.

I smiled uncontrollably as I rubbed the corners of my mouth to try to hide it. "I am."

"I'm really happy for you mate." He said stepping into the room with me. "How is Macy? I haven't talked to her for awhile. She said she wanted to focus on herself and I'm respecting that the best I can."

"She's doing good I hear." I said as I changed my shirt. "She's been out a few weeks I guess. Anna hasn't told her we're engaged yet, something about wanting to have the perfect moment to ask her to be the maid of honor."

He chuckled. "I'm glad she's good."

"Me too." I bit my lip. "You should give her a call."

"Are you going home for Christmas?" Mitch asked me changing the subject completely.

I nodded. "I'm heading to California to settle a few things with Anna, and then we're going to my mums. What about you?"

"Yeah I'm spending the holidays with my family too." He smiled. "This has been an amazing experience Harry. I can't wait to get back in the studio with you."

I smiled. "Me either."

"I'll see you soon?" He asked as he stepped out of my dressing room.

I nodded. "Absolutely."

***

The plane ride was long and tiring. I slept awhile but felt restless. I couldn't wait to see Anna. She was haunting my every thought.

Once I landed I looked around the area. A few girls asked me to sign their phones, which was still new to me. Then I saw her.

Anna was wearing flared jeans and a white lace cropped tank. Her hair was down and her skin was freshly tanned. A smile played on her lips as I got closer.

I sat my bags down and threw my arms around her pulling her close. "Been too long Anna."

She inhaled deeply on my chest. "Missed you every minute."

I pulled back seeing the truth in her eyes. She was going to be the death of me. Grabbing my bags and her hand we started towards the doors.

She drove us back to the house and when we pulled up I felt my heart clench. I hadn't thought it would bother me as much, but I missed Susie.

"Harry? Are you okay?" Anna squeezed my hand.

"I'm alright love." I raised her knuckles to my mouth and kissed them. "Just tired."

She nodded but gave me a knowing smile. There was no use hiding anything with her. She could read me like a book.

"Harry!" Macy's voice rang out as I grabbed my things from the car.

I turned just in time to be captured in a bone crushing hug. She'd cut her hair into a shorter style with highlights of purple. She looked happy.

"Macy, always nice to see you." I smiled when she let me go.

"How's Mitch?" She bit her lip.

"Oh, for fuck sake just call him! You two are ridiculous." I rolled my eyes making Anna laugh behind me.

I sent her a wink over my shoulder. Macy scoffed and muttered under her breath as she stomped back to the house. Throwing my arm over Anna's shoulders we followed Macy inside.

Emilia was at the kitchen table tapping the keys of her keyboard. She gave me a warm smile and I returned it. The house hadn't changed a bit. Except...

"Is that a dog?" I asked seeing a blur fly past my legs.

"Oh, that's Olive. She's our new friend." Emilia said. "She turned up one day and I started feeding her on the porch. I tried every door, but no one claimed her. Now she lives here."

I looked to Anna and she was knelt down petting the black French Bulldog. It looked up at her with adoring eyes. My heart might have skipped a beat watching the exchange.

"Well, welcome to the clan Olive." I slowly reached down to pat her on the head. "That's a good girl."

Anna's eyes narrowed at me as I smirked at her acknowledging my choice of words. "Harry, aren't you feeling a bit jet lagged? You should catch a nap before we go to Club Crystal tonight."

"I think I will." I said straightening on my feet. "Care to join me?"

Anna bit her lip as her cheeks grew red. "I wish I could, but-"

Macy cut her off. "She's got to come help me at the club. I'm still figuring things out."

That's right. Anna had asked Macy to take over Club Chrystal. Once Macy saw it and realized it was the place Mitch had taken her on their date, she couldn't say no. Now Macy is learning all the ins and outs.

I smiled at the girls as they talked. Everything's as turning out as it should. I couldn't help but feel like this chapter of life was coming to an end.

"See you later baby." Anna kissed my lips softly and pulled back to send me a little wink. Then they were heading out the door.

I looked at Olive and sighed. "Well, let's have a nap, shall we?"
