Disclaimer: I don't own The Flash or any of its characters. I only own my OC's. :)

The moment we arrive at S.T.A.R Labs, Caitlin demands to run tests on all of everyone. One by one, she runs numerous blood tests on them, until the only person left is me.
"But I'm not a meta human!" I protest.
"How do we know you aren't lying?" Cisco asks. I open my mouth to make up another excuse but close it again.
"You just have to trust me," I tell them. Caitlin shakes her head.
"Even if we don't test you for the meta human gene, I still want to have a look at the migraines and epilepsy attacks," she says in a tone that says there is no more arguing on the subject.
I follow her into the med bay and sit on the bed.
"Just please, no needles. I have hyper Trypanophobia," I tell her.
"What's Tryphobia?" Cisco asks from the doorway of the med bay.
"Trypanophobia," she corrects him, "Is the fear of needles."
I am actually slightly afraid of needles but I made up having Trypanophobia just to make sure she won't do any blood tests and find out I'm a meta human.

She quickly runs a few tests, not evolving any needles, on me and after about 10 minutes, is happy to let me go.
Dylan and all the others along with Cisco all left to buy Big Belly Burger and Caitlin had to leave for some reason, leaving Barry and I alone.
"So, Dylan's your older brother?" he asks me. I nod.
"Can I ask you a personal question?" he asks.
"sure," I say as I shrug.
"You said Dylan was your legal guardian earlier. What happened to your parents?" he asks.
"When the accelerator exploded, our parents both died," I explain to him.
"When I was little my mom was murdered," he tells me. I already knew that but I pretend not to.
We sit in silence for a few minutes before he speaks up again.
"Have we met before? You look really familiar," he asks. I freeze, I was hoping that he wouldn't recognise me.
"uhh..." I start but am cut off as the others all arrive with 5 bags of Big Belly Burger.
"Just in time, I'm starving," I say as they put the bags down on the floor. There aren't any empty tables to put them on but that is OK, I don't mind eating on the floor.

Dylan hands me a bag and I open it to see two burgers and a few cartons of chips.
"Sorry we couldn't get you more. To them you are just a normal girl, not a speedster with a higher metabolism," I hear Kyra say in my head.
"Since when can you speak in other people's heads?" I think. It must be a new ability.
"Since yesterday," she replies.
"This is so cool," I tell her in my head.
"Yeah, it'll be really helpful on missions."

I finish eating my burgers and all my chips, licking my greasy fingers clean.

"Wow, you were hungry," Barry comments.
"I didn't have breakfast," I make-up an excuse.
An alarm suddenly goes off by the computers. Cisco runs over to them and starts typing.
"There's been a metahuman attack downtown," Cisco tells us. Barry nods and speeds out of the room causing papers to go flying everywhere. We all rush over to the computers to see what is happening on the monitors.
"Alright guys, I'm here but I don't see a metahuman," Barry says. Cisco quickly pulls up the security camera feed. I see something flicker in the corner of the screen.
"Barry, watch out..." I warn him. He turns around just in time to see the hooded figure throw a truck through the sky towards him. He quickly dodges out of the way and it hits the ground behind him, exploding. Barry speeds out of the way of the debris.
"Guys... did you see that?" Barry asks nervously.
"You mean the massive truck someone threw at you?" Cisco asks, "Yup, we saw that."

Barry quickly speeds back to the cortex. The moment all the smoke had finally cleared, the meta was nowhere to be seen.
"Who do you think it was?" Aaron asks.
"The street cameras all malfunctioned when the meta showed up," Cisco explains.
"I have Iris working on questioning the bystanders. They could have caught a glimpse of his face," Barry says.
"Hold on there," Cisco says, holding out his hands, "what makes you think it's a he?"
"I may have not gotten the best look but I'm pretty sure it was a guy."

Barry and Cisco continue to argue and I signal to the others to follow me into the hallway.
"I think I know who it was," I tell them. Dylan nods.
"Max," he confirms my idea.
"Why would the black hole send Max to attack the flash?" Kyra asks.
"Yeah, they think we're their inside team," Aaron says.
"Unless they found out we're not," Jax says solemnly. We all look at each other with wide eyes.

"Hey guys, can you come to the cortex?" Caitlin asks over the intercoms. We all walk back into the cortex to see Iris is back along with a Hispanic girl I haven't seen before.
"OK, now that everyone is here what did you want to tell us Iris?" Barry asks.
"Allegra and I questioned all the bystanders at the scene and we think this is the meta you are looking for," she says. She puts a photo of a boy about 17 years old with pitch black hair and ice cold, blue eyes; otherwise known as Max. I look at Dylan who swallows hard.
"I told you it was a guy," Barry tells Cisco and holds out his hand. Cisco sighs and passes him a twenty dollar note.
"Who is he?" Caitlin asks.
"His name is Maximus Sullivan, he went missing 4 years ago and was never found. Until now," Iris tells us.
"Why did he just throw a truck at me and run?" Barry asks.
"I'm not sure," Caitlin says, "Cisco, can you come with me to the site where he attacked Barry. Maybe if you can vibe something we'll have an idea on his motive."

She and Cisco leave.
"Allegra and I have to go back to c.c.c now," Iris tells Barry.
"I'll speed you there," Barry tells her and in a flash, they are gone.
"What do we do now?" Kyra asks.
"We have to find Max and get him to tell us why black hole sent him," I tell them.
"Absolutely not, it's too dangerous," Dylan immediately disagrees.
"Yeah, it could be a trap," Kyra says.
"With our powers it'll be easy to get him. What do you expect us to do? Leave Central City and hide for the rest of our lives?" Aaron argues.
"Yes, if they catch us, they won't be merciful," Jax says.
"We can't live in fear for the rest of our lives!" I exclaim, "Look, I understand if you don't want to put yourselves at risk. You stay here, I'll go by myself."
"I'll go with you," Aaron says, taking my side.
"Guys, none of us should go after him. I won't allow you to go," Dylan tells us.
"Seriously?!" Aaron exclaims. I can not believe him.
"You don't control us, you're not our leader," I shout.
"Enough! As the oldest, I forbid anyone from going after Max," Jax shouts. Everyone goes quiet. Jax grabs his jacket from one of the chairs and leaves the room, followed shortly after by Dylan and Kyra.
I don't care what they say, I need to go after Max.
"I know that look," Aaron says, seeing my face.
"You know we have to go after him," I tell him. He nods.
"Are you in?" I ask him.
"I'm in."
"We leave tonight."
