"Who do you think too her?" I asked, out of the blue.
"I have deduced that it could have been people who have a grudge against her. Take the Mythic god of Destruction, Veltran. You know his purpose, right? Then there's Zuko Collins. He threatened you that he'd take her. Ergo, one of them is the culprit" Loki enumerated.
"Are you sounding like a detective now?" I asked.
"Maybe" he replied with a smirk.
"Keep quiet, we don't know what's lurking below" Kanon told us and lead the way.
"Damn.. Makakapatay talaga ako ng tao niyan mamaya" Ares muttered and I heard him cuss several times already.
Alam niyo, para sa akin lang, I think that Ares is the one who has the deepest connection with Asteria. I mean, not that the others don't care or anything, cause I know they do, pero base sa mga nakikita ko ay iba si Ares kapag nasa area niya si Ria. Take our training for the Chivalry Warriors. When he's around, he trains us real hard. Training as if our life depended on it and we wouldn't stop until one of us gives in and draws blood, sweat and tears. But when Ria trained us for a while, mas naging malumanay siya at sa awa ng mga anghel ay pinagbigyan pa kami na magkaroon ng thirty minute break na usually ay ten minutes lang.
Then, iba ang treatment niya para kay Ria. Parang may halong deep affection or the likes. Basta! Marami akong napapansin kay Ares na minsan ay natong ko na sa sarili ko kung may gusto siya sa kapatid niya. Not just brotherly love, but something deeper.
But, who am I kidding, siya lang naman ang nakakapagpatino sa Astell Trinity eh.
We continue to go down and it felt like its a never-ending staircase. It felt like we've been going down for ages.
Until we hear chains breaking.
"Prepare yourselves" Kanon warned us.
"Oh.. I am" Ares said and clenched his fist.
The sound kept getting louder and louder as we approach a cell.

"What was that?" nandito na pala sina Kara ang Kole. Nice.
"May kung ano sa likod ng barricade na iyan. It could be Asteria since napaka-heavy ng locks dito at parang ayaw nilang may makapasok" salita ko at tumango sila.
*chains breaking*
*Screeching becomes louder*
It could be her.
*The door is breaking from the other side*
"E..Elemental goddess.." Kara mumbled something but I didn't actually understand what. But her eyes grew bigger as if she was waiting for something spectacular or jaw-dropping to happen.
We stepped back as the sound grew louder.
*Silence..*
Then suddenly the door breaks and we take cover and Kara was right, the most breathtaking and amazing thing happened. Our eyes grew wide as we saw the figure who has risen.
All of us thought that no one can break free from the Angel of Death's curse. But she did. Holy shoot!
How did she do that?!

"R-Ria?" Ares mutters as we are released from our enchantment.
"What are you guys doing here?" What the fish! What is wrong with this woman? Doesn't she know she is being rescued?!
"Uhm.. saving you?" Kole replies and she chuckles.
"HAHAHHA I'm not much of a damsel in distress, am I? I'm more a damsel in her knight and shining armor. Don't you agree?" she asks and gives us a smile.
"You look good" wait.. did I just say that out loud?!
"I always do. Now lets get out of here. Quick" she said and damn! She just created a Zecht portal. Do you know how hard and time-consuming it is to master that?!
Kole and my eyes grew large because of that.
"Bilisan mo na nga. Ako na nga lumiligtas sa inyo eh" Aba't! Namumuro ka rin minsan Ria hah!
"Oh shut up shorty" irap ko dito at pumasok na lang sa portal which lead to the Asphere palace.
"Since when did you have that form?" Loki asks.
"Uhm.. just earlier" she replied and Ares comes to embrace her tight.
"Muntikan na kong makamatay ng tao dahil sayo, mula ngayon, you are not leaving my sight. Hindi ka makakaalis ng palace ng walang guards at hindi ka na makakapunta kahit saan" sabi niya dito and she made a face.
"Nah. Where's the fun in that?" she replied and Ares smirked. "Yeah. I tried being Kanon for once and I'm not liking it. Go and do whatever you want!"
Some brother.
"Thank you kuya!!" pasalamat pa niya.
"Alam ko namang kaya mo na yun eh. Psht! Best friend ko yan! Sige, nagugutom na kasi ako ngayon. Tara na Kole, pasok na tayo. Makikikain ako sa inyo!" baliw ka rin minsan Kara noh? Parehas silang mag-bestfriend. Tsk.
"Ok, mauuna na kami sa loob hah" ani nila at nauna na nga. Naiwan na lang kami ni Asteria sa labas.
"I was worried for you, you know?" I finally broke the silence.
"Bakit naman? Dahil wala ka ng maasar." and she laughed.
When will she ever get it? Tsk. She's do dense.
"No. I can find other people to tease if that's what your pointing out, but I can't find someone like you. Your irreplaceable Ria and I hope you know that too." I said and kissed her cheek before I went inside. I grinned.
