"Loki, its confirmed. Zuko Collins is none other than the reincarnation of the Mythic god of Destruction. He even offered me a slot on his team. What do I do?"
Meet Avery Claes, Ryker's older sister and my agent in the field. I always have my sources, and she's one of them.
"Zuko is not much of a mastermind because he focuses more on his.. brawn and physical capabilities, go ahead and agree to his plan but don't be too obvious as if you've been waiting for him to ask you that. Collect information as much as you can and you already know the drill, right?" she nodded, "Good. You are excused" I replied and she left.
I have known Avery for a long time and she's really a trustworthy and the best to everything she could do. I have put my entire faith on her because if she even tries to double cross me, I won't grant her scholarship to Astell Academy College, and I'm the only one who can grant her that.
"Any updates from Avery?" Kanon asked as I head back to the student council office.
"As a matter of fact, Yes, She was offered a slot in Zuko Collins' diabolic team." I broke down the news as gently as I could. "Zuko Collins huh.. I always thought he was hiding something. But I am quite shocked to have found out that he's Veltran's reincarnation" he replied in a low voice.
"And now Kanon, have you finished the task I have assigned you?"
People have strings around them and its like their only waiting for the right people to pull them. And it happens that I am one of those persons who pulls their strings.
"Of course, I never fail to disappoint. Here it is" he replied and as we entered my office, he showed me a map.
"Go on" I beckoned him to continue.
"Alright, there has been rumors that the Ancient Scroll of Asphere has everything you'll need to know about the Ever Realm's past. So maybe.. there's a probability that we'll find some clues about the last mission of the original Elemental goddess. Even if there is a slight chance that we could find it, I really want to help Asteria and our kingdom. This scroll may be our last resort"
And that's words of wisdom from Asphere's future king.
"I agree. Then, the quest for the Ancient Scroll Of Asphere begins tomorrow" I replied.
Now.. I just need Kole for some information. Don't underestimate Kole because of his easy-go-lucky and bubbly personality, that man has his secrets as well. And I was able to get a hold of those secrets.
