Apologise! I have been planning on writing and working for a long time but there was just so much going on (still is). I didn't want to just publish without any quality in it. I wanted to publish the best chapter. :(

I hope you all like it.

Thank you for your continuous support.

She sits in the room after locking it for hours now looking at her phone which has no signal because of the continuous rain outside. She stands in front of her window watching the moon shining in between the black cloud for a moment before the clouds cover it's shine and the rain starts again.

She sighs heading towards the bed laying on it as her mind went miles in every kind of thought and they were all associated with the man that was right outside the door.

He had knocked and begged for a few hours before he stopped and stayed there. She didn't hear his plea over the sound of her heartbreak and the loud restoration of the crack that had opened again had filled her with deep sorrow.

The lights went out when the thunder roar through the sky and the sharp lighting that enters the darkroom. It made her jump out of her skin since she was busy with herself to be conscious of her surrounding.

She slowly got down from the bed walking in small stride towards the door hitting her toe at the side of the bed that made her release a small cry of pain.

She exits the room bumping into something as she closes her eyes thinking she is going to hit herself into something again until she didn't feel any sort of pain.

She opens her eyes looking at Usman standing in front of her and the torch lighting the room. Her breathing hitched the moment she realises that she is in his arms and his rich intoxicating scent was taking over her every sense.

"What went wrong?". She asked after a moment passes by trying to avoid his intense gaze

"Lights out because of the storm. I am guessing that the usual here". He said shrugging pulling her closer to him

She gasps when his body touches every inch of her body making a fire ignite in her.

"But, I need the service back. I have something important to do". She said bringing her mind back as the fear starts to grip her, "How long will it take to bring the service back?. Do you have any idea where we can get a few signals?. Maybe we can go back to the hotel?. Yes, they must have service, right?. I-".

He places his hand on her cheeks pulling her towards him so she can look only at him, "Calm down, Jaan. Why are you in a hurry?. We can go back tomorrow because if we go now, it won't be safe".

She shakes her head vigorously moving away from him bumping into something in the dark almost falling until his arms wrapped around her waist pulling her into his arms, steadying her.

"What is so important that you are not thinking clearly?". He asked looking at the panic on her face

"You don't understand. I need to send the payment today or they will hurt him". She said horrified as she imagines all sort of things

"Him?". He asked confused and intrigued at the same time, "Who is he?".

She frowns for a second before she realised what she had said as she tries to move his hand away but he tightened them.

"Let me go". She said gritting her teeth as anger course through her

"Not before you answer me". He said narrowing his eyes at her words
