One month later:
She looks through her hotel window to the passing car and people, lost in her thoughts.
"Are you thinking about him?". She heard her secretary asking as she didn't even move or say anything, "I heard he is awake and from my sources, he threw a fit as soon as he found you were not there".
A soft smile gazes her lips, "That is him".
"Why don't you go back to him?". Her secretary asked placing the files on the table
"We aren't meant to be. Whenever we are together, the more he suffered. He is right that I am the centre of all his suffering. The day since he came back to me all I did was give him pain". She said feeling her throat patch as she feels like crying all over again
All she had done in the month is to cry each day and night. She came back after she came back to her senses watching him still sleeping (coma). She didn't had the heart to stay there knowing she had ended him in this place and in this way.
She brought Ehan with her since now she can finally keep him with her without having fear of her family hurting him.
Though Ehan had been angry at her for leaving his father back there but she didn't explain why to him. She suffered a day in and out trying to keep herself together but meeting and spending time with him caused her to feel the worse aching in her heart.
Worse than seven years ago.
She feels dizzy losing her balance when she held onto the new by the table for support and her secretary runs towards her supporting her.
"You should visit a doctor. You have been like this since you came here". Her secretary said worriedly
She shakes her head, "It's probably because of stress. I will go take a rest for now".
"Are you sure?". Her secretary asked looking at her as she stands on her own taking her things
"Yes. I am not going far anyway. It's just the top floor. Let me know if there is something for me". She said holding her purse as she walks towards the elevator pressing the button waiting for the elevator to come lost in her thoughts
"Are you getting in?". She heard his voice startling her as she raises her head looking at him wide eyes
"How did you..?". She said shocked as she steps back from him when he takes a step towards her
"You are acting like you saw a murderer". He said stern and all the softest of his voice that she witnessed before was long gone, "Are you scared of me now?".
She wasn't scared but he looked different. His three piece suit made him stand out from all the men in the world and his face was more radiant which made it hard for her heart.
"Why would I be scared of you?". She asked clenching her hand as she moves back when he took a step again
"Why are you moving away from me then?". He asked narrowing his eyes at her and she feels her heart skipping a beat
"Because I am leaving somewhere and you are in my way. Why are you in my office?". She asked masking all her emotions on seeing him again that her heartfelt right now
"If I am in an office I must have some work, don't you think?. I don't have that much of a free time to roam around for no reason". He stated blankly making her gulp, "I had a meeting arranged with you today".
She frowns thinking about her schedule, "With me?".
"Don't tell me you don't know about it and I wasted this journey for nothing". He said almost sounding angry making her heart-stop
