She taps her feet anxiously as she sits in his house and she wouldn't want to say it's her house at all. She was beyond mad at his tactics and the way he always gets her.
Oddly he has been wearing clothes that suit him. Not that he never wear suits that don't, it's just there is something different because her heart is not getting stable around him.
Just as he uttered the condition he didn't even give her a second before walking out of the office and she didn't want to create a scene and embarrass any of them in his office so she walked right out with him.
But he didn't stop at any point for her to argue her ways out and here she is, in his house. She tries to calm herself down before she throws something at him but the more she stays here the more she thinks of the betrayal from him.
She looks around to find him nowhere unconsciously she stands from the couch walking towards the stairs blankly as she walks right into their room. She opens the door which opened right away as she enters inside thinking that he must have thrown all her things out of here but as she walks inside she found her portrait right in the middle of the room which startled her because it wasn't her who placed it.
Because it was the picture of them from the wedding- the recent one from where she bought that hotel from.
As much as she knows him he isn't that big of a fan of having any sort of pictures around if anything she did all of that by herself because she liked having walls filled with pictures and memories to look at.
She walks inside as the door closes behind her watching the picture and the way both of them look happy at that moment.
She places a hand over her chest feeling the pain as she remembers that no matter how much they move towards them something will never change.
Why did he hurt her like that?.
Even if he married her to save her then why did he call of it an act of revenge?. Why did he come after her and if it wasn't that she saved him, he would have done worse?. She wasn't able to do anything for her son and lost him to her parents because of him. How can she possibly act all ok?.
She moves towards their walk-in closet to find everything the same way as she left it. She gulped down her tears because lately, she been very emotional. She managed to handle all her emotions well in the start with him why is it so difficult now?.
She moves towards the jewellery she used to cherish so much to find her charm bracelet still in them. She holds the bracelet in her hand and it had all the dates written in it.
"What are you doing?". She heard his voice out of nowhere that startle her making the bracelet in her hand fall breaking apart
His eyes widen looking at the beads all on the ground as he quickly starts to collect them all not wanting to lose any one of them.
"What's the use of collecting them?. Do you think you can collect all of my pieces the same way?". She asked looking at how passionate and worried he looked to find them
He raises his head looking at her, "Perhaps. It's not the end until I say so".
She crosses her hand over her chest, "You only do and think what you want and that doesn't include me".
"If I were to ask you nicely would you have done it?". He asked standing as he takes a long stride standing right in front of her, "You always say no to everything I say and you don't even listen to anything I want to say. I don't have many options here".
"Did you think maybe I am done with you and want to be with someone else?". She realised she shouldn't have said that because the minute she uttered those words his whole stance changed to dark making her gulp
