I've never felt as lonely as I did after my car accident
After my car was totaled
I realized how much money people spent on gas
Because I still had to fill up
I realized how difficult it is to drive all the way to a friends house
Just to bring them to yours
Just to drop them off back home
I was trapped inside my house
Missing classes against my will
Told by my professors that there's nothing they can do
Sorry my friends said that
The professors told me this is life
I received my first F ever from the same teacher who sent a lengthy email telling me to change my major in favor of her classes
And I showed it to my best friend who just said congratulations
And my mother never found out
Because my school was too far away
And I didn't have transportation
But getting a F means failure
And that's the real reason why I only went to college for a semester
But blame it on the money I spent on my house
A year later
Ya know?
