Alex POV:
When we came home I went straight to my bedroom, shut my door and climbed into bed. I didn’t even bother taking off my sweatshirt or leggings, only my boots. When I closed my eyes it was 1:53 in the afternoon and now it is 7:08 at night, and there is loud noises coming from downstairs. ‘Ugh’ I moaned as I got out of bed. I decided to take a shower. I jumped in and sat on the floor for about 5 minutes just letting the hot water hit my skin, when I finally finished my shower, I threw on trackies, a sports bra and an old t-shirt that I got from a community walk I was part of. I did my hair and looked at the clock, 7:40. Awesome, food time. When I got down stairs, I got hit with stares.
“There she is.” I heard Dean say. As he walked up to me, I was shooting him daggers. “How did you sleep?” he asked while everyone else went back to the video game. “Fine, can I talk to you for a second?” I said pulling him into the kitchen.
“What’s up?” He asked calmly like nothing was wrong.
“What’s up? Dean these guys we just met are here and you didn’t even tell me!” I yelled in a whisper.
“Oh calm down, they didn’t care you were sleeping.” Dean said with a chuckle.
“Not funny Dean. You could have at least told me.” I spat.
“You would have complained. I have no friends and these guys are nice, so I figured, why not.” Dean said with a shrug.
“I would have stayed in my room first off and second I would have made food, but no, Dean had to do it his way.” I said dramatically.
“First off, what is the point of you making food then disappearing? Come on, you can be the life of the party if you want to, and secondly, you can still make food.” Dean said smiling.
“Yeah, when I want to be, not all the time, and no. Forget that, I am taking Melody’s credit card and getting fast food.” I said and he smiled. He walked into the living room as I walked over to the draw with the credit card Melody said ‘I can use whenever I want’. Talk about buying love.
Instead of Dean walking in like I thought, Luke and Beau had walked in.
“Oh hey. How are you guys?” I said smiling, I was trying to find paper so I could write down a list of what everyone wants.
“We are good, how are you?” I heard Beau ask, I looked over and he was smiling at me, when I looked at Luke he was also smiling at me.
“I am good, little mad Dean didn’t give me a heads up about you guys coming over, but it is okay.” I said cooly.
“Yeah, Dean said that you would have cooked for us if he had told you earlier.” Luke said with his amazing smile.
“Yeah I would have, but that loser in there decided not to tell me, so now I am going to go and get food.” I said, I finally gave up looking for the paper and grabbed my phone out of my pocket and pulled up notes.
“Yeah, that is what Dean said, do you mind if we join you?” I looked up and saw them both looking at me with big ole grins. I couldn’t help but giggle.
“Yeah sure, might as well have some company, right?” I said smiling. “Well I need to get food orders then we are out.” I said as I started towards the living room but was stopped by a hand on my fore arm, I looked up to see Luke.
“We already know what they want, as long as you know what Dean wants, we are good.” Luke said shyly smiling at me. I couldn’t help but blush. I looked down and bit my lip. When I looked up Luke was still looking at me with that smile and I was still biting my lip and blushing like crazy.
“Well I know what he wants, so we better get going.” I finally said. As we walked out I got into the car and I checked the volume, making sure it was all the way down so I don’t bust their ears drums. Luke sat up front and Beau sat in the middle in the back. As I was backing out as I saw Beau wink at me, eye ball Luke, then doing something weird with his eyebrows. I couldn’t help but laugh at him, he was too funny. When we started going down the road I turned up the volume to hear ‘Everybody’ by the Backstreet Boys. Man I have great songs on my IPod. I smiled and started tapping my fingers on the steering wheel. As it got to my favorite part I started moving my head around like I was dancing to the music. When I looked over at Luke he was laughing at me, I bit my lip and smiled. I looked back towards the road never stopping what I was doing. As it got to my favorite part I started singing, but not too loud. I couldn’t help it, it was one of my favorite songs after all. After a little while I realized Beau and Luke were singing it with me. I looked over at them shocked. Beau was laughing and Luke was bopping his head around singing the song. I couldn’t help but laugh. He was just so cute. I started singing louder to it and the next thing I knew we were all singing to the song, more like shouting actually. It was great. Not only were they cute, but they had good taste in music too!
As we pulled into the Mcdonalds drive thru I turned down the song and went up behind an Audi to wait in line. I looked down and bite my lip, and then I started laughing. I couldn’t help it, these past couple minutes were to funny.
“What?” Luke said confused, I looked over at him and saw he was smiling.
“I didn’t know you guys listen to the Backstreet Boys.” I said happily, Luke and Beau both looked at each other and smiled.
“Yup, we do! We love them.” Beau said with a big smile on his face.
As we got up to the drive thru window, we ordered the food, I paid and we left. On the way home Justin Bieber came on and I turned it up again.
“Isn’t this your ringtone?” asked Luke, I looked at him, I must have had a shocked look on my face because then he said “Well your phone went off in my house, and I love this song-“ “So do I!” Beau basically shouted interrupting Luke. Luke looked back at him and glared at him then finished what he was saying “Anyways, but yeah we love this song and I heard it on your phone.” By then I was already looking back at the road. I couldn’t help but smile, after all I just met a super hot guy who likes Justin Bieber. “Uh yeah, it is my ringtone.” I finally croaked out. I looked over to see Luke smiling then go back to jamming out to the song.
When we pulled up in the drive way the guys got out, carrying all the food by the way, such gentlemen. I was thinking about turning the volume up all the way and scaring them, but they might drop the food, and that would not be a good idea. So I just grabbed my keys and the drinks and followed them to the door. As I opened the door for them we were attacked by 4 hungry guys . “About time you got here!” Yelled Dean as he grabbed the drinks out of my hand, “Sorry I like to go the speed limit!” I yelled back. He just rolled his eyes at me as he grabbed his food and went into the living room. Skip and James gave me a hug for the food, which I wasn’t expecting and went back to the living room. Beau was still looking for the ketchup in the bags when I pulled out my food and started eating. When he finally found it, he gave me a tight hug and went out with the rest of the boys. I then realized Luke and Jai where still in the kitchen with me. We were all eating at the counter as I turned around to see the table open. “Hey, let’s move to the table.” I said as I was grabbing my food and they followed. We all sat down and it was silent for a couple minutes when Jai finally said something. “It is good to know that a good looking fit girl can eat with the guys.” He said laughing looking at my food. I was finished with my burger and half of my fries were gone. I looked up, smiling and shrugged.
“I grew up with mainly guys. So, I guess I eat the way they eat.” I said looking at them. Both their burgers were gone and Jai finished his fries and Luke was almost done with his.
“Well it is nice to see a girl who likes to eat, you do not see a lot of that nowadays.” Jai stated, smiling at me. I looked over at Luke who nodded in agreement. I laughed “Thanks guys, I think.” They both smiled at me “It is a good thing.” Luke said, I saw him wink at me and I felt my face turn red as I looked down to finish my food.
