Khathari's POV

"What is this young girl doing here? Djivann, get her in the carriage!"

"Is she okay Yuutaria Riidon?''

"Isti, may you at least eat something rather than staring longingly at the young one?"

"It's been three full days Djivann, and that forest fire did much damage to the frail one. I still question how she even got there to begin with."

I gasped awake in the middle of the night.

What was that dream?

Voices were everywhere, but nothing visual.

I turned to check the digital clock on my desk.

4:37 AM

It's still kind of early for me, but I doubt I'd be sleeping again after that dream.

"Might as well start packing my things for the sleepover," I muttered silently to myself.

~5:49 AM~

I finished packing, and I'm all ready for school.

Now all I need is a proper breakfast, so it's time to meet mom in the kitchen.

I'm in such a good mood now.

"Good morning mom! How is that bracelet?"

"Ah yes... I sadly have not been able to piece it back together..."

Nevermind. I lost my mood.

"...but I have managed to turn the two pendant halves into two matching bracelets!"

Scratch that! My mood is back on!

I took a look at the two new bracelets she held in front of me.

Both bracelets were tied with thick blue strings that were beautifully braided. A loop at one end and a bead on another served as a locking system. The pendants were hung by a thin white string wrapping securely around them, but not too much that it ruined the diamond's beauty.

"Mom, it looks so much better than it was before!"

I ran to my mother and held her in a tight embrace.

"Thank you so much!"

"Your welcome. Now, hurry up and eat your breakfast! Nharro is coming here to pick you up and walk you to school."

"Yes ma'am!"

I put the first bracelet and hid the other in my pocket to give Roro later.

~6:00 AM~

The doorbell rang at 6:00 AM sharp.

"Hey, Tari! You ready to get going?"

Roro was standing that the door all ready to go. I checked my watch and slapped my palm to my forehead.

"Roro, you do know it's still kinda early. If we leave now, we will arrive at around 6:15."

"45 spare minutes with my favorite person wouldn't be bad, would it now?"

"I guess you're right."

Roro and I waved my mom goodbye as we made our way to the park.

At this hour, the sky was still dark, but the sun was soon to rise.

"So... Roro, what do you plan to do at the park?"

"Spend time with you."

"Specifically?"
