She just professed her love to me and I don't know how to act.
It's just, I don't deserve her, nobody does, and she told me that I made her happy. I, me of all people, made her happy. I don't know man, but she's everything I could ever ask for.
The boys helped her up and got her to stop crying. She was in Two-Bit's arms, and I swear I didn't stop staring at her. Her hair fell perfectly on her shoulders, and the way she just carried herself; chin up, straight posture, demanding attitude, she looked amazing. She is amazing.
It's weird; she's got guys literally falling at her feet and she doesn't notice. Every greaser and Soc walks around talking about her.

Okay, it's been a day and she hasn't come over.
"Hey where's Liz?" Darry asked, putting his tool-box away.
"I don't know man. Hasn't been back since her little break-down."
"Well, I'm going to call her."
Darry dialed her phone and waited, the phone pressed against his ear.
After a while, he finally chirped up.
"Hey... Oh, no we just wondered where you were... yeah you haven't been around for like a day... no, it's fine... who's that?... It didn't sound like nobody, Elizabeth... seriously? He's at your house?... Liz I don't like him. at all... no I won't... I'm sure the gang would love to hear this..." He hung up the phone and walked over to his recliner, closing his eyes.
"Who was on the phone with Liz, Dar?" Two smiled.
"I don't like him." He replied coldly.
"Oh, her boy-toy?" I asked.
"Yeah. He was laughing in the back, whispering and stuff." He sighed.
"I don't like her with that kid." Soda commented, his head in his hands.
"None of us do; but we have to respect her decisions, right Dar?" Pony said, looking up from the floor.
"Exactly. She's not a little kid anymore, though I wish she was. She'd have a lot less boy drama." Darry chuckled.
"You still got the hots for little mama, Winston?" Two-Bit smirked.
"Little mama?"
"Just answer the question." He snickered.
It got silent as the gang waited for my answer.
"I don't know man, I've got plenty of lady company." I shook my head, pulling out my blade.
"BUT none of your lady company can beat Lizzie's company. You have to admit that." He retorted.
"Look, I'm not here for twenty questions, alright?" I scoffed.
"Whatever you say, big guy." Two joked.
I picked him up and wrestled him to the floor.
"See you guys tomorrow." I said, stepping out into the warm Tulsa air.

"Stayyy." Marcus whined, grabbing my hand while he laid on my bed.
"No, my brothers'll get suspicious if I don't come over. They already know you're in my house." I said sternly, pulling away.
