"you did so good," jimin mumbled out, between kisses, "she loves you."

the two boys were in the guest room, laying on the bed and kissing each other. they were planning on staying the night there and then heading back home the next morning.

"you think?" joon asked, smiling between the kiss.

"i don't think," jimin said, finally parting away from him, "i know."

the two got a bit more comfortable, jimin cuddling into joon's side, both feeling warm and happy being so close. the tv was on as well, both shifting their attention to it for a second before jimin started talking again.

"so... are you gonna tell me what you talked to my mom about?" jimin asked, desperate to know, "it seemed like it went well."

namjoon just laid there for a moment. he knew he needed to have that talk with jimin about his dad and he figured now was as good of a time as ever. they both felt safe, comforted, and happy, so namjoon figured it couldn't hurt to bring it up now.

"well... first... she asked me if i love you."

jimin let out a small laugh, lifting his head up from joon's chest a bit to look at him.

"oh, yeah? what did you say?"

namjoon used his hand, which was currently wrapped around jimin, to squeeze his waist in a bit closer,

"i told her yes," he said, "i said that i love you more than anything. i said that you're my entire world."

jimin laughed again, leaning up to kiss him.

"you're so cute," jimin said, as he broke away from the kiss, staring at him, "you're my entire world, too."

joon moved his hand to jimin's face, brushing his bangs out of the way.

"what else did she say?" jimin asked, softly, enjoying the feeling of joon being so affectionate.

namjoon paused for a moment, thinking about how to word it.

"well... she told me about... she told me about your dad," joon said, calmly.

jimin froze, his smile immediately fading. he got off of joon, sitting next to him now.

"oh."

joon sat up as well, moving to be a bit closer to him again. he leaned over and grabbed jimin's hand, squeezing it lightly.

"she told me how great he was. and... she told me how much he loved you... and how much you loved him,"

jimin nodded, quickly, biting down on his bottom lip.

"she told me how hard it was for you and how happy she is to see you doing a little better now," joon said, reaching up to wipe the tear that was falling down jimin's cheek, "she's sad that you guys never really talked about it and she wants you... i want you... to talk about it, if you can."

jimin nodded, turning to him.

jimin wiped another tear that fell, trying to think where he could start.

"i lied to you," he said, "i lied that he wasn't the best guy... i told you that when we met," jimin said, "i lied to everyone who asked about him, actually."

jimin wiped off a few more tears, sniffling.

"i thought it would be easier... acting like i didn't care or... that i hated him for what he did," jimin said, "but i don't hate him. not even a little."

there was a pause, jimin doing his best to collect himself.

"when he... killed himself... he did it in his work office," jimin said, tears starting to fall more rapidly at the memory. "he did it there so... so we wouldn't have to find him."
