Author's Note

I bet this book is going to be terribly long, and I am terribly sorry for that. It was originally supposed to be for my own entertainment, but I soon realized I wanted to share it with other fellow fans.

Now, I truly love and appreciate how intricately-written Attack on Titan is and I wanted to express that in this book by fleshing the main character around the foundations of reality present in the anime. So, this one is not love-interest-centric, rather it is a general take of my imagination in accordance to this amazing work of art. (But yes, the story definitely includes romance.)

In fact, it is generally long because the character is independent of the love interest, unlike most other AoT fanfics I have read. (Nothing wrong with that, I love them. But I wanted to do something different.)

So what I'm trying to say is, bear with me, the love story might come along slow, but that's because this is not purely- in all its wholeness- a love story.

Please be patient with me and my pace ^ω^

[The first ten chapters are important to our OC's formative period and her other relationships + friendships, however, if you wanna head straight onto the Levi part, you may skip to Chapter 9 - The Spec Ops after reading Prologue and Chapter 2. But then again, it's better to know what's really going on lmao]

The events and facts in this book are all based on the anime alone with a few minor alterations by yours truly. E.g., timelines.

So basically, tread carefully; spoilers ahead.

Also, trigger warning, this work slightly brushes on assault at times.

Chapters will range from 4k-6k words, relatively longer than most fanfics, but I hope you guys still enjoy this one. I promise it would be different.
