∞ Inside a Library, Noon ∞

Sam was sitting, reading, when his phone dinged.

It was from Ethan. He read the text, typed in 'Yeah sure' before pressing send.

Not even putting the phone down, it rings with Dean's name on the caller ID. He accepted the call and put it on by his ear.

" Hey " whispered Dean

" Hey. How's the kid? "

" He's not good. Where you at? "

" I'm at the library. Ethan's hanging out with Michael in the motel. But I've been trying to find out as much as I can about this Shtriga "

" Yeah, what have you got? "

" Well, bad news. I started with Fort Douglas around the time you said Dad was there? "

" Yeah? "

" Same deal " said Sam " Before that, there was, uh, Ogdenville, before that North Haverbrook, and Brockway. Every 15 to 20 years it hits a new town. Dean, this thing is just getting started in Fitzburgh. In all these other places it goes on for months. Dozens of kids before the Shtriga finally moves on. The kids just...languish in comas and then they die"

" Good thing Ethan's not hearing this, okay, How far back's this thing go? "

" Ah, I don't know. The earliest mention I could find is this placed called 'Black River Falls' back in the 1890's Talk about a horror show." Sam scrolls down a bit and stops at a picture. " Whoa " he looked shocked as he looked at who the person in the picture was.

" Sam? "

" Hold on... I'm looking at a photograph right now of a bunch of doctors standing around a kid's bed. One of the Doctor is Hydecker "

" And? "

" And the picture was taken in 1983 "

" You sure? "

" Yeah. Yeah absolutely "

∞ In the waiting room of the Hospital, Noon ∞

Dean hanged up and looked at Dr. Hydecker who was sitting on Asher's bed.

"Don't worry. Your son's in good hands. I'm going to take care of him"

Dr. Hydecker stood up and walked towards Dean, who was now leaning  on the door frame.

Dean's murderous look changes into a neutral one as the Doctor stopped beside him

"So what's the CDC come up with so far?" the doctor asked

"Well, we're still working on a few theories. You'll know something as soon as we do" said Dean

" Well, nothing's more important to me than these kids. Just let me know if I can help"

" I'll do that "

∞ Motel, later ∞

After picking up Dean from the Hospital, Sam drove them back to the motel.

As they pass the reception, the door to it opened. Ethan looked at them as he closed the door.

"He fell asleep, what's up?" he asked. His brothers looked at each other before looking at him.

On the way to the motel room, they explained the situation to Ethan, Dean leaving out the kids dying helplessly part.

After they enter their room Ethan walked towards his bed before lying down on it. "Ah who would've thought Dr. Hy-dick-er would be this Shtriga". Ethan groaned in his pillow
