Chapter 27

THIRD PERSON'S POV

Heath pulled the blanket that they're sharing. Naramdaman niya kasing nalilis ito and he's worried that Hymn might get cold. Sa isang kwarto sila natulog dahil sa kwarto ni Heath natulong ang kakambal ni Hymn. The room is smaller compared to Heath's. Maliit lang ang kama kaya siksikan sila dito. Half of Hymn's body was on top of Heath because he's been cuddling him all night, para narin hindi siya malaglag sa kama. 

Heath searched for his phone and looked at the time. "4:28 A.M."

2 am na kasi sila nakatulog ni Hymn dahil nagmovie marathon pa sila. Gusto pa sana ni Heath manood dahil "I want us to stay like this longer. Pleaseeee. Isang movie pa?" pero hindi na pumayag si Hymn. Para patigilin si Heath sa pagiging clingy nito, he said that he'll sleep beside him. Buti nalang at pumayag din si Heath. 

He looked at the angel beside him, sleeping peacefully. He moved the Hymn's hair that was blocking his face. Ganun lang, hindi siya makabalik sa pagtulog dahil nawili siyang haplusin ang buhok ni Hymn at titigan lang ito habang natutulog. 

"Is this what being smitten feels like?" tanong niya sa isip niya. 

Hulog na hulog na nga talaga siya. To the point na hindi niya alam kung may paraan pa ba para maka-ahon siya. "Pano ko ba to mapapatagal? How do I make this permanent?" he whispered. 

"Marry him." Heath was startled.

Pagtingin niya sa may pintuan, nandon si Ny at nakasilip sa kanila. "Just kidding."

Hindi sumagot si Heath. "Can I talk to you?" tanong nito sakanya.

"Y-yeah. Sure." he moved carefully para hindi magising si Hymn. 

Sumunod siya kay Ny papunta sa balcony niya. "So... sleeping on the same bed now huh? I see... kuya's so comfy sa posisyon niyo kanina." sabi ng dalaga.

"He's afraid to fall off the bed... That's it." hindi kasi alam ni Heath kung anong idadahilan niya sa kakambal ni Hymn. First of all, hindi naman sila close. Pangalawa, sino bang hindi kakabahan kung kapamilya ng taong gusto mo ang kausap mo?

"You know, you don't have to lie about that. I know my brother so well. He doesn't like sleeping beside anyone. Sabi sayo, kunwari isa nalang ang kwartong available pero may kasama siya, no matter how close he is to that person, he'll sleep somewhere else and leave that person to take the room. Kahit sa kotse siya matulog, basta wala siyang katabi, papayag yun." paliwanag ni Ny. 

"And based of what I saw earlier, he just broke one of his rules. Who knows? Maybe he broke a lot of them because of you." 

"Rules?" Heath can't help but get curious. 

"Bata palang kasi kami, nasakanya na ang pressure. Being the heir, first born, in short, siya ang inaasahan ng lahat. Di man halata, but I know he's pressured. But our family always try to make everything easy for him, for us. Kagaya nito, lolo and mama were fine sa kahit anong course na kunin namin. But we always know na after we graduate, we'll take a business class."
