Chapter 3

         Noah and Haylee were halfway through cleaning and packing her room when Noah quickly turned around in concern "Haylee, this is a lot of blood are you okay!?" Haylee looked at the bloody tissue from the night before, "It was just a bloody nose I'm okay", Haylee smiled at him and took the tissue and threw it in the garbage. "Haylee that was a lot, please tell me if something is wrong okay?" Noah said in a worried voice. "Noah, I'm fine it was just a bloody nose no need to be worried" Haylee hated lying to him, it didn't feel right. Noah and Haylee laughed off the subject and continued to pack, it was only 10 in the morning and they had the rest of the day to pack, so that's what they did.

Room by room, they went threw things that Haylee wanted to bring to the new house, surprisingly they packed very quickly and was done by 7pm "I don't know what I would do without you know thank you" Haylee said kindly and softly. "I'm so happy I'm here" there was a few moments of a pause until Haylee broke the silence "Hey there is a new movie out on Netflix do you want to watch it?" Haylee questioned "Is it one of your cheesy notebook romcom movies?" Noah asked. Haylee giggled "No, it's actually a horror movie" Noah did his cute eye roll "Fine, but you might have to stay with me until I fall asleep tonight" Noah joked. When Noah said things like that it made Haylee's heart skip a few beats. "Wait, wait, wait, do you have popcorn?" Noah asked. "Do you even know me Noah?" Haylee said while she grabbed the popcorn out of the box to put into the microwave. They both laughed and made some small talk while the popcorn popped. Once the popcorn was ready they sat on the floor and turned on the new horror movie. Haylee was always a fan of Horror, only if someone was with her to watch it with. There would be times in the movie where there would be jump scare and Noah would jump and touch Haylee's hand for his own comfort. Haylee thought it was adorable when he was scared. She couldn't focus on the movie, all she could think was "I am so lucky to have him here right now"

Once the movie ended Haylee went up to her room. She was leaving in a few days, she didn't make much memories in this apartment, but living on her own was a big step for her "It's just the beginning" Haylee thought to herself as she grabbed some extra blankets for Noah and herself. As she walked out of her room Noah was on the phone with someone "She is so happy, this was such a great plan but I feel like she is hiding something serious, I can't figure it out" Haylee quickly threw the blanket at him as if she just came out of her room and wasn't listening to what he was saying, and laughed at his reaction of shock. "Who was that?" Haylee asked him in her sweet voice "It was just Abby, I was telling about our day and such" Noah answered grabbing the blanket an wrapping himself up. "How is she?" Haylee asked as she pressed her head on the wall. "She is stoked that we all get to live together" Noah replied to Haylee's question. "So am I!" Haylee screamed a little too loud. They both laughed and said goodnight.

Haylee stared at her ceiling as she went through today's events, she remembered her Sickness. Haylee grabbed her phone and searched "coughing up blood and flower pedals". "Begonias" was the first word Haylee saw. "Isn't that a flower?" she said quietly to herself. She clicked on the link that gave her information on the sickness. "Begonias are a lovely flowers that can give humans with o negative blood a deadly disease, the disease is not contagious, the medical vaccines can be over millions of dollars" Haylee was worried is this all in her head? Haylee took a deep breath trying to take In the information, she suddenly got the urge to cough. She knew she was about to have a coughing fit. Haylee jumped to her feet so fast, she was lightheaded, she ran to the bathroom and bent over the toilet and coughed, she wasn't shocked when she saw the blood in the toilet bowl. Noah heard Haylee suffering and quickly ran to her. Noah knocked on the bathroom door not knowing if she was naked or not. "DON'T COME IN" Haylee said. "Haylee? What's going on?", Noah was worried Haylee could tell. "I'm fine I think it's food posing" Haylee lied again It felt so wrong. How could she lie to Noah and not tell him that she was dying? Haylee got up and flushed the toilet and cleaned up around it. She opened the door to see Noah with tears down his eyes. "Noah! It's okay I just threw up its nothing to worry about" Noah squeezed Haylee "Careful don't squeeze too hard I might barf again" Haylee laughed

Haylee and Noah went to bed for real this time. The next morning Haylee woke up to the smell of bacon and Pancakes, they were her favorite! Haylee walked out to see that Noah had just started making it. "I'm going to take a shower and then be out" Haylee told Noah "Fine by me!" Noah said dancing to his own music while flipping a pancake.
