The three of them got back to the house, Haylee didn't want to tell Abby. If it made Noah happy, she would do it. "Guys that was a blast", Abby said with excitement. "Abby I have something to tell you", Haylee exclaimed. "Do you have tea!? Are you and Noah together or, DO YOU LIKE HIM?", Abby made Haylee feel embarrassed. "No, Abby this is serious", Noah said trying to get Abby to take it well. Abby's face went blank she looked at Haylee and Noah. "Abby I'm sick, like really sick, I'm coughing up blood and I'm going to die very soon, the treatment is over millions of dollars and I can't afford it", Haylee said as she tried to hold back the tears to not make the situation worse. Haylee turned around to see Noah walking up the stairs with his head down. "You're joking.", Abby said with shock on her face. "Yeah the blood by the pool, that was me", Haylee confessed to Abby. "It looked like flower pedals in the blood? Was that you too?", Abby questioned. "Yes, that was me, there is a flower growing inside of my body and it's destroying me from the inside out", Haylee was fighting the tears that were fighting their way to the surface. "We will find a way, you aren't going to die", Abby said confidently.

Abby walked into her room to be alone for awhile to think things through. Haylee went into her room to let out her feelings. Haylee shut her door without turning around and broke down. She felt someone grab her arm she looks up to see Noah, also with tears in his eyes. Haylee could hear the raindrops on her window. "It will be okay, Abby is right we will find a way for you to make it", Noah said as he attempted to pull Haylee into a hug. "No, Noah we will not find a way, I am going to die!", Haylee shouted pushing away from Noah's attempted hug. "Haylee we need hope, please have hope.", Noah said with his feelings hurt. "I think I'm going to leave", Haylee said calming down from her meltdown a few moments ago. "What? Haylee you can't!", Noah said pleading her to stay. "Both of you are going to treat me different, look at me different", Haylee said as she started to pack her things to leave for the night. "Haylee we won't! Don't leave us please!", Noah said trying to grab her arm. "Its for the best Noah", Haylee argued as she pulled her arm away from his hand. It only took Haylee about 5 minutes to pack for one night. She decided to go sleep in her car somewhere, she didn't know where she was going to go, but all she knew is that she was going to drive and not look back. It was pouring outside, Noah chased outside to grab her. "Haylee you are not leaving", Noah said while grabbing her and pulling her inside the house. "Just think of what could happen if you aren't with anyone, you could pass out from coughing too hard or you could get into a accident because you start to cough!", Noah said trying to be as convincing as possible. Haylee's hair was soaking wet from being outside, she was cold. "Fine, but please don't treat me different!", Haylee said as she flipped around to stomp up the stairs to get in the shower. Haylee looked at her reflection, she was pale it was obvious to anyone that she was sick with something. Haylee jumped into the shower and sat down. She cried for awhile. Haylee took her time, she knew that Noah was going to be waiting around any corner to comfort her. Haylee washed up and got out of the shower. She wrapped herself in a towel to go to her room to change. When she walked in she saw Noah on her bed hugging a pillow to his chest with tears running down his face. "I need you Haylee, I can't live without you", Noah said as he stared at her pale face. "Noah, I don't want to talk about it, you can stay if you need company, but no talking!", Haylee said as she signed him to turn around. Noah turned around so Haylee could get dressed. Noah was very trust worthy and Haylee knew he wouldn't look. "Okay I'm dressed", Haylee said as she sat down on her bed to get under the covers. Noah turned around, "can I sleep in here tonight?", Noah asked in his sweet voice. "Whatever", Haylee said as she laid down to lay on her side. "Thankyou, Abby would actually kill me if I asked her that question", Noah said as Haylee felt the mattress move. "Yeah I know, go to sleep before I change my mind", Haylee said as she closed her eyes.

Haylee woke up with pain in her chest, she turned to see Noah still asleep, Haylee got up and quietly ran to the bathroom. Haylee entered the door to the bathroom but, didn't make it to the toilet in time she coughed, as splotches of blood showed up om the floor. Haylee fell and made her way to the toilet. She tried to keep it as quiet as possible, which didn't work at all. Noah came around the corner to see Haylee crunched over the toilet and blood on the floor. Noah quickly sat right next to Haylee grabbing a Hair tie off the counter to pull her hair back. Haylee noticed he kneeled in the splotch that was on the floor. "N-Noa-", Haylee couldn't finish her one word without causing more coughing. "Shh Shh it's okay, you just focus on this", Noah said as he finished putting Haylee's hair in a low ponytail. Noah put his hand on her back and rubbed her back in circles. Haylee noticed that Noah was very tired. This was the worst ones that she has ever had it almost lasted 30 minutes. "Thanks Noah", Haylee said as she weakly reached for the toilet paper. "Here let me help you", Noah grabbed a few pieces of toilet paper and gave it to Haylee. Haylee smiled while she wiped her mouth. Haylee attempted to get up, but almost fell, luckily she caught herself on the bathroom counter but she could barley hold her self up. Without talking Noah immediately grabbed Haylee's waist. "I will help you walk", Noah said quietly. Haylee used Noah's arm for support and very slowly made it to her room. Noah helped Haylee get into bed and tuck her in. Haylee felt the other side of the mattress sink, she knew Noah was next to her again. "imagine if I had left tonight", Haylee thought while massaging her very sore throat. Haylee drifted off to sleep, to fight the next day.
