"Mom, dad, can we go?". Liam pouted as he was waiting for Joanne and Charles to prepare the bag they wanted to take with them on the yacht, which was full of drinks and snacks, sweets the boys were looking forward to eat. "Almost ready, buddy". Charles said, ruffling his hair as the little boy was already wearing his swimming trunks, Jules too, but he was seated on the couch and holding the beach ball in his hand. The weather was incredibly nice this week and Charles suggested to spend a day on the Tyrrhenian Sea with his yacht. The kids were instantly enthusiastic about it and they couldn't wait till Friday arrived and they could get onto the yacht and be in the water the whole day. They slept in this morning and Charles had arranged a brunch from the best bakery in Amalfi, who was honoured to bring such a large order. Joanne was stuffed from the brunch, she had really liked the pecan bread and was gladly munching on the sweet bread. The two weeks they had spend in southern Italy so far had been amazing and Joanne enjoyed their time a lot. Now Charles was with her and the kids in and out every day, they had done so many things together and she could notice the boys liked it a lot as well.

"Alright, let's go". Joanne said as she pulled the beach bag off the counter and Charles took it from her to lift it outside and into the car. Liam and Jules happily ran after him, jumping into the backseat and locking their seatbelts before the car was even on. Joanne locked the door behind her and she made her way to the door of the passenger's seat, sitting down as Charles joined them too, sitting behind the wheel and starting the engine. Joanne looked over her shoulder at the boys in the backseat, who were still beaming from ear to ear. She smiled at the sight and Charles turned off the porch to drive to the main road. The windows were slightly opened and the breeze of the sea blew softly into the car. She turned her head to look at Charles, his skin was already much more tanned than a couple weeks ago, as they had constantly been outside in the garden. He hadn't bothered to style his hair this morning, the strands looked messy, but he still looked as handsome as always. A couple of sun glasses covered his eyes and his jaw briefly clenched before he took a turn on the road. It had taken him a while to notice her stare. "What's up?". Charles asked, showing her one of his dazzling smiles.

"Hmm, nothing". She hummed. "Just admiring my handsome mobster". Joanne said with a smile, causing him to laugh. Charles looked over at her as her hand brushed up his arm and he loosened his hand from the steering wheel to rest his hand on her leg. The ride to the pier took them about twenty minutes and after Charles parked their car securely, they got out. Joanne asked the kids to stay close to her as they walked over the pier where different yachts and boats were aligned to the platform. She didn't want them to fall between the pier and the yachts if they'd run in front of her in excitement. Charles hopped onto the back of the yacht, reaching for Jules and Liam and he lifted them onto the platform one by one. He extended his hands to Joanne and she got onto it as well. Charles guarded them to the lounging area, letting them sit down. "I'll start the engine and then we can get further up the water, not too far from the coast, but far enough away to have some privacy". Charles said, making her nod as she sat down on the comfortable lounging sofa. "Can we look around?". Liam asked Charles. "Of course, but stay on the boat and don't jump into the water yet, alright?". He said.

The boys went down the deck to check out whatever the yacht had to offer more. It was luxe, as she had expected, a double decked yacht with a mini-fridge, a jacuzzi on the main deck and the upper deck offered a lounging set just as luxe that was totally giving her titanic vibes and where it would be amazing to watch the sunset. Joanne leaned against the balustrade of the yacht, watching the crystal water ripple beneath them as they moved through the water. Joanne looked at him again as he was at the big wheel of the yacht, wearing his swimming trunks as well and a white shirt. He looked so relaxed and careless. Joanne moved to stand next to him, her hand gliding over his arm again and he lifted it to curl it around her waist, bringing her closer to himself. "Do you want to try?". He asked, nodding towards the big wheel. "Are you sure?". She asked and he nodded. "Of course". Charles' arms curled around her as she placed her hands on the wheel, his lips dropping to her shoulder to place a kiss on her bare skin. He could smell the delicious shampoo she had used. The water was glistening in the sun and they sailed just a little further up the ocean. Charles halted the yacht and the boys were exited to get into the water.
