This is a modern tokka one shot where Toph and Sokka dont get along so good at first. But...
"Your an idoit." Toph stuck her tongue out at the older boy, crossing her arms. Sokka let out a loud gasp, "Oh yea? well your a bigger idoit!" He yelled."well thats barely an insult, meat boy." She shoved her finger at his chest, poking it hard. He swatted it away, leaning down at her, "oh really? Blind girl-"" ENOUGH!" Katara yelled, shoving herself between the two, parting them. Sokka and Toph still gave each other burning gazes, well, Toph did her best. Katara let out an irritated sigh, "you two need to get along."" how are we going to do that?" aang commented to Zuko, who was leaning up against the wall of his uncles tea shop, where they were hanging out. Zuko then had an idea struck him, "Handcuff therapy."" handcuff what now?" Aang asked. "handcuff therapy is when you handcuff the two so that they have to deal with each other. It works for most people." Zuko shrugged."Most?" Aang asked. Zuko rolled his eyes, "lets just say Azula has some big issues." He mumbled. Aang nodded, getting it.Zuko then ran to the back and pulled out a pair of handcuffs. ( dont ask why he has them, cuz i got no clue why) He moved Katara and told the two to just turn away from each other, and for Sokka to close his eyes.They did as Zuko told them, still annoyed with the other. He then quickly attached the cuffs to both of them and stood back fast. Sokkas eyes jerked open as he looked down at the cuffs. He narrowed his eyes at Toph as he tried to pull them off. "Hey! Stop!" Toph yelled as she tried to hit him.Katara looked at Zuko, worried, "you are playing a very dangerous game." She pointed out. Zuko rubbed the back of his neck, "well, they arent like Azula so they should get along by then end of it." Katara sighed, still worried. "Zuko, you better uncuff me from this moron." Toph said, letting her arm just go limp as Sokka tried to slip his arm from the cuff. "sorry, but we are trying to get you guys to not hate each other." he mumbled, crossing his arms.Sokka gave up on trying to get himself out of the cuffs, "ok, well, you have to let us out sometime." He pointed out. "you have till tomorrow morning." Aang said, smiling."you mean we have to sle-" Sokka cut himself off, "no! there is no way-" Toph then punched his gut, "shut up!" Aang, Zuko, an Katara exchanged some looks, worried.The rest of the day was, well.. something. They went on a walk through the forest, and Toph kept wanting to shove Sokka down, for 'taking the lead.' When they ate lunch, they fought over who could eat when, or drink when. Oh, they also tended to hurt each other when ever they had a chance. They all decided to have a sleepover at Aangs apartment since the two had to sleep with each other,they wanted to keep an eye on them.they played games, and watched a movie while Toph listened. Sokka told her what as going on in the movie. Everyone seemed a bit shocked that they started to get along. After the stages of the sleep over finished hitting them, they all started to pass out, one by one at 3am. Sokka and Toph were last to sleep. They were figuring out their situation. Sokka then lai down in the sleeping bag, resting his head on the pillow, and the second that his eyes closed, he was dead asleep. "Sokka?" Toph asked. no answer.She sighed and laid next to him, slowly drifting to sleep. Zuko had woke up early and noticed the two were cuddling up next to each other,. Toph wrapped hr arms around Sokka, resting her head on his chest. Sokka had his arms around Toph, his head buried in her hair.Zuko smiled and took his phone and took a picture of them. He then woke up Katara. She was confused at first then realized them dead asleep. She chuckled as they let them along with Aang sleep. She then looked over at Zuko, "you got a picture ?"
