I can feel your eyes stare

And I'm not gonna lieI get a little bit scared

My heart is on wingsI

'm living in dreams

And at the top of our lungs, we sing

Aurora

"C'mon hurry up." Fred whispers, pulling me into the Gryffindor common room.

"Woah," I breathe out in awe. The common room was the complete opposite of the Slytherin common room. It was lit up by lanterns all around the room, and the fireplace warmed the room. All of the furniture was a dark red maroon color and there were hints of gold glittering all around the room.

"Aurora!" Ginny turned around from the couch as Fred and I walked into the room

"Aurora!" Ginny turned around from the couch as Fred and I walked into the room.  She rushed over and hugged me tightly. I laughed at her straightforwardness and hugged her back. "You couldn't get enough of us huh?" She pulled back to smirk at me.

"Hi Aurora!" Hermione called from where she was sitting by the fireplace. Her greeting was followed by everyone else's except for Harry who didn't even acknowledge I was here. Fred pulled me over to one of the couches and we both sat down. Everyone was playing a game of cards on the floor and we sat and watched them finish their game.

In the middle of their second game, George came stumbling through the entrance, giggling like a school girl. He came and plopped himself in an armchair across from us. Lee came walking in after him and sat down as well. George had a goofy look on his face as he looked at Fred and I and then everybody else.

"Bloody hell what is wrong with you?" Ron finally said what we were all thinking.

"Ron, my dear brother there is nothing wrong with me. I feel amazing!" George threw up his hands in the air and lazily smiled at the group, his head lolling to the side like it was too heavy for him to hold up. He was acting drunk.

Lee spoke up, "Madame Pomfrey gave him some potion to relieve the pain, it seems to be working but it's also making him a bit..."  He mouthed 'crazy' and made a circle motion with his finger near his head.

"Heeeeeeey I'm not crazyyyyy." George tried to defend himself but just ended up having a giggling fit. We all joined in, laughing at George's silliness.

For the rest of the night we played card games, with George snoring in the armchair near the fire. Fred never left my side and I could tell he was a bit worried about me. I could feel his eyes on me, checking to make sure I was okay. I actually was. For some reason Fred's presence back in the courtyard had comforted me and I felt a lot better. I think it was because maybe I've never had anyone to confide in, and Fred was such a great listener and he didn't tell me to stop crying or to toughen up, he let me cry and let it all out without interrupting. No one's ever done that for me before.
