I woke up in the middle of the night in a sweaty puddle. My heart racing, and me struggling to breathe. I shook Ryan and he shot up and shouted for help. My head was pounding, my whole body was shaking. I tried screaming but no sounds came out, nothing but yelps and gasps. I was laid back onto Jordi, with Ryan and Blair feeding my water and tablets.
"Shh. Calm down. Its all alright. Were here. Your safe, don't worry" Jordi hushed kissing my forehead and rubbing little lines on my hand while rocking me back and forth like a baby in a cradle.
I started coughing amd spluttering again, finding it difficult to breathe.
Once hearing all the noise, Joey woke up and quickly rushed to help.
"Come on Mia, we can do this. In.out.in.out" Ryan said , a tear rolling down his cheek and hitting my thigh.
I took in a gasp of air and suddenly everything was normal. I was fine, I could breathe easily. All the boys breathed a sigh of relief. "You ok now Mi?" Blair said , after me sitting on Ryans lap listening to them talking from bed to bed. "What? Oh erm yeah" I yawned and Blair chuckled.
"C'mon, snuggle with me" Ryan said patting my thigh and picking me up and carrying me out to the bed.
I quickly fell asleep again,
