Disco lights were flashing. Music was roaring. Snacks were stacked up high in a overflowing pile. We danced all night. Laughing, stuffing our faces with junk. Being the youngest and only girl in the house can be hard. When periods attack (cos they quite literally do) no one really understands. Living with a bunch of teenage boys is cool, they look down at you as the 'baby' and won't let any bad people get to you. You learn to live like them and to fit in around boys. Im not shy around them as I see the as family. I don't care if my hair is a mess ad I haven't showered in days because unlike stereotypical people, boys dont care and don't really say much. They joke around sometimes and can sometimes say mean things but you have to take it as banter and not take it seriously, because if they knew you were going to be upset they wouldn't have said it. So I kinda like living with a bunch of smelly, boisterous, hormonal boys. It's not as bad as you think.
