I woke up in the middle of the night. I heard shuffling and noises in ine of the rooms next to me, so that probably woke me up.

I lay in bed for a while, listening to fumbles next door, wondering whether I should get up to see who it was and if they were okay.
Suddenly, my door slowly creaked open, making me jump.
A lump of quilt waddled over to my bed.
"Princess," I heard and realised it was Leo,"are you awake?" He asked.
"Yeah, why? What's wrong?" I asked rolling over.
"Did I wake you up?" Leo panicked, his morning voice raspy.
"No! I was already awake don't worry!" I said, shuffling over, making spaxe for him to sit," whats wrong?" I said, reaching for his hand.
"I can't sleep. Theres something stopping me, but I just don't know what it is." He said, and I could tell he was crying through his voice.
"Awe Leo!" I said, sitting up and hugging him, him crying into my shoulder,"sleep in with me, alright?" I said, lifting his chin up and kissing his forehead.
"Alright," he said and managed a smile.
He came and lied next to me, but kept looking at the ceiling.
"Try get a few winks sleep," I said, rubbing his cheek with my thumb, looking after him; making me feel like his mum.
"I can't! Its jus-" he said, getting frustrated with himself.
"For me?" I smiled into his eyes.
"Okay," he mumbled and closed his eyes, rolling up into a ball, my fingers running through his hair to try get him to sleep.
