Everyone is dragging their mattresses outside for an "unforgettable night under the stars" when I'm trying to change into my pyjamas in the small tent. Shawn makes a knocking sound with his mouth before entering the tent.

'Come on! You're still not ready?' He says while putting on a fresh t-shirt. 'I left twenty minutes ago!'

'Does it fucking look like I can stand in this small tent?!' I whisper before putting on a t-shirt too.

Shawn sighs and pulls me out of the tent before we lay down on the small mattress together. He pulls me into his chest when I pull the sheets over our bodies.

I look up at the sky and blink a couple of times before looking at it again. Wow! That is fucking amazing! I sit up and keep looking at the beautiful stars in the sky.

They are like every picture you see on the internet, like every video on National Geographic, damn, it is just... wow... breathtaking. I have never seen anything like this. It's like the sky is raining stars and it feels like you can touch them.

'This really is amazing.' Shawn whispers, sitting up next to me.

'Yeah...' I keep looking up at the sky.

Shawn cups my cheek in his hand before softly putting his lips on mine. As he kisses me I slowly lay down on the mattress again. He lets his tongue slide into my mouth and I stop him.

'There are a lot of people around us, Shawn.' I whisper, looking at the other mattresses outside.

'So... I can't kiss my girlfriend?' He asks, hovering over me.

'Not like that!' I whisper again.

Shawn chuckles and lays down next to me. The song he wrote suddenly pops back in my head again. He and I both know I won't be able to fall asleep unless I know what the song is about. Brian said that he wrote it three years ago, so we know it's not about me.

'Tell me what the song is about.' I say, leaning on my elbow.

He sighs.

'It's about my dad.' He looks into my eyes and I see the reflection of the starry sky in his dark eyes.

'Do you really want to know?' He asks.

'Yes, of course I do...' I whisper back at him.

'I love my dad, let me say that first.' He looks away for a moment. 'But... h-he used to manipulate me so I would do what he wanted...'

'It wasn't his fault... all of it isn't his fault, I know it isn't and I'm not just saying this to make you feel better or anything, but he is the best dad someone could ever wish for.'

'Then what do the lyrics mean?' I ask.

'He used to make me feel better about myself and change me just little by little until he felt that I would do everything for him, and of course I did everything for him, he's my dad. The thing is that it wasn't necessary to put me on a pedestal and fill me with confidence, I would've done all of the things he asked without all the manipulation.'

'What kind of things did he ask you to do?' I frown.

'Work-related things, but that's not important.' Shawn says.
