While Jennie was cleaning the dishes that her cousin Irene used she heard a loud scream from the later. She immediately run towards her screaming cousin. Irene was facing the flat screen TV, while both feet high up the sofa talking to someone on the phone. The place was chaotic, the spilled yogurt on the floor that her cousin doesn't care at all.
"You've got to be kidding me! The lady terrorist wants the book report tomorrow? Oh, shit!" per Irene.
A deep sigh came out from Jennie and get back to the kitchen to get a wet rag to wipe the spilled yogurt on the carpet. Jennie planned to pour antibacterial cleaner on it once Irene leaves the living room however that didn't happened. She have finished all the cleaning including the dishes at the kitchen but her cousin still their not stopping from making a fuss to the person on the phone. To summarize what she have heard it seems that her cousin Irene is referring to her strict professor when she said "Terrorist".
Her cousin then stood up from the sofa and walked towards her own room while listening to the person on the other end of the phone. Irene only answers "I know right?" and "Totally uncool" to the person she was talking then when she have reached her room and got inside she harshly closed the door loudly.
And at that time Jennie poured the antibacterial cleaner on the carpet to remove the stain of the spilled yogurt. After few minutes Irene got out from her room.
"Jennie!" shouted Irene loudly. Jennie then faced Irene and saw her holding a small book having the front cover facing her with the title written To Kill a Mockingbird.
Her cousin throw the book at the center table. "Make a book report on that. Find the format on the USB." She then throw a heart shaped USB. "I need that before 7:00AM tomorrow." Irene then went back to her room and closed the door loudly.
Jennie just shook her head. Luck must be with her because she have already read the book before of Harper Lee. She loves reading books, it's her hobby and she usually does it after doing all the things she need to do in the condo unit while waiting for the time.
It's almost 2 years that Jennie started to work as a house keeper of the condo unit that Irene's family owns. Her mother's sister is the mother of Irene, Aunt Eun-hye. They came from a poor family until her Aunt married the present mayor of Incheon that is a councilor before in the same city.
Jennie was forced to work with her Aunt Eun-hye when her parents died in the middle of the encounter between the army and rebels. She sends all her salary to her siblings in Incheon.
She is the eldest of six. Her brother, next to her is working in Incheon, two are still in college – one in high school and one in pre-school.
She then looks back and forth to Irene's room to the book and USB at the center table. It seems that her cousin is now enjoying letting her do all her assignments and projects.
Jennie then make a deep sigh, realizing the point of making her cousin study at a prestigious all-girls school if she does the report? How many subjects already that her cousin failed because she prefers her social life with the elite friends that study.
After a while, her cousin Irene went out of her room wearing a short dress and a four inches heels paired with it. Based on what she have heard, Irene is talking to her on call driver Mr. Park while walking straight away going out of the condo unit.
Jennie then didn't mind her cousin since she is used to it already that she won't be informed of its whereabouts and what time will be back. She have accepted the fact that her cousin only treats her as a mere house keeper.
