(The next morning, Trey, Micheal, and Alma meet at the rec. center.)
Avacyn: Hey guys! Heeyy Treeyy ❤
Trey: ...Hey Avacyn.
Avacyn: You look pretty beat up. You and Micheal. Did you fight with Zellos again?
Alma: Why does everyone seem to know that those two fight a lot but me?
Trey: No, Avacyn. Just a...rough night.
Avacyn: Aw, my poor baby.
(Trey rolls his eyes. Avacyn ignores the gesture with a smile.)
Avacyn: Well I have some drinks here for you, if that helps at all. I hope you feel better.
(She gives him a wink and walks away. Micheal catches Alma staring into space.)
Micheal: So, that was your sister, eh?
Alma: ...Yea, that was. Her name is Raine Aizawa Garcia.
Trey: So that's who Mrs. Johnson was referring to as Ms. Garcia. She's pretty tough.
Micheal: Didn't you two attend the same classes as kids?
Trey: I tend not to hold on to the past if it is insignificant to me. So school is out.
Micheal: Harsh.
Alma: We both practiced martial arts as kids. She chose bagua zhang, I chose capoeira. It seems she's mastered it for...her work.
Trey: That explains her stance then.
Alma: But...I don't understand why she would try to kill you. Or even why she would show up after all this time to do so. It's been 10 years.
Trey: I bet it's a government gig.
Alma: What? Why? How did you come to that conclusion?
Trey: My brilliant intuition.
Micheal: Yeah, no. Me and Trey heard some rumors that the government finds stray people of power and takes them in. Turns them into killers and lets them loose on our kind. And not just our country either.
Alma: Do you think she will return?
Trey: I sure hope so. I loved fighting her.
Alma: *Annoyed* Trey, no.
Zellos: *Walking up to the table* You like visiting this wretched place?
Trey: What do you want Zellos? I'm tired.
Zellos: We have unfinished business.

(Meanwhile, Nuvia punches a hole in the wall.)
Raine: Careful, we're only renting this apartment.
Nuvia: Well I'm pissed, Raine! I can't believe I let my guard down!
Raine: You believed he was dead, it's not your fault.
Nuvia: Aren't you at least mad!?
Raine: It is what it is.
Nuvia: It is what it-? Ugh, whatever, when are we going back??
Raine: I don't know.
Nuvia: You don't know?? Raine, you're acting real docile right now. I swear-!
Raine: Swear- what!?
Nuvia: ...
Raine: He boosted in power in a snap. Just in like those mangas. We can't fight him head on. He trains a lot. He may seem oblivious but it seems he has the right trick for the right moment.
Raine: *Endearingly* He's not very clever, yet he knows how to react and when. Does it on a whim and it seems to just work out. I dont think it's luck, he-.
Nuvia: What, in the world...ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT!?!? Do you hear how you sound!?
Raine: I-I'm just saying we have to strategize, ok?
Nuvia: You stuttered.
Raine: N-no-!
Nuvia: You're lying!
Raine: Don't be ridiculous.
Nuvia: Oh please, you blush at the sight of him. You blush just mentioning his name! It's obvious now that you two had a past, and that you feel strongly for him. Don't let your feelings get in the way!
Raine: No...we don't really have a past. What is between us has always been one sided. He didn't even remember me...
Nuvia: You will have to put that aside the next time we fight him.
Raine: *Quietly* I don't want to fight him.
Nuvia: Come again?
Raine: Forget it. I'm going to bed.
(Nuvia angrily stares at Raine as Raine goes into her room.)
Nuvia: Unbelievable!!!

(Later that day, Trey and Zellos meet at the abandoned train station.)
Trey: Well??
Zellos: Apologize.
Trey: For taking pudding like 14 years ago??
Zellos: *Drawing his sword* It's the principle.
Trey: Principle?? We were 3!! You didn't even know what principles were! Let alone how to say or spell the word!
Zellos: And now you insult 3 year old me's intelligence? Draw your sword.
Trey: *Frustrated groan* Fine!
(Trey augments his knife, but Zellos immediately disappears leaving 3 rapid sonic booms.)
Trey: Mach 3?? Come on!!
(Zellos appears behind Trey and slashes at him. Before the attack hits, it's pushed down and redirected by a woman's hand.)
Zellos: Who are you?
Raine: My name is Raine. Don't mess with my quarry.
Trey: Raine? What are you doing here?
(Raine kicks Zellos away from Trey.)
Raine: I snuck out after a dispute with Brago. I...had to come see you.
Zellos: So, you have a girlfriend?
(Raine's face becomes a bright red as she turns away from Zellos.)
Trey/Raine: We are not together!
Zellos: Yeah...sure. Two on one is a hassle, though. Raven, Lilith, come out.
(Two women come out from behind a building. Both have their faces covered. One is the same height as Zellos, the other, a few inches shorter.)
Zellos: These two are my sisters.
Trey: Three on two? I like those odds.
Nuvia: Raaaaiiinnnne!!!
Raine: ...Crap.
Nuvia: You thought you were slick!? I knew you would sneak out! You're really going to let your feelings cloud your reasoning!?
Zellos: Another one?
Raven: Who do we fight?
Lilith: Tremaine of course.
Raven: Ok.
Nuvia: Why are you helping him??
Raine: It's none of your business, Brago.
Nuvia: *Worried* You know what happens if we fail missions. I'm not going through that again.
Raine: Then...let's join Trey and his friends.
Nuvia: Are you insane!? You want to betray "him"?? What even makes you think you could join Trey after almost killing him??
Raine: That's why I'm helping him now. So I can speak with him.
Zellos: Are you finished?
Nuvia: Ugh, I will help you so that I can drag you away from here.
Trey: *Rolls eyes* Yeah, great...
(Raven starts to lift up from the ground and float.)
Raine: Are you really flying, or are you levitating?
Trey: She must be another wind elemental.
Lilith: Our whole family is composed of wind elementals in one way or another.
Raine: Trey, the other two must not be able to fly, otherwise they'd done it by now.
Trey: Uh, or just waiting for a strategic way to use it? Sheesh.
Raine: Brago, take on Raven.
Trey: Come on Zellos!
Lilith: I guess I have you, miss?
Raine: Raine, but enough with the formalities.
(Raine's birthmark turns into what looks like a stream of water from her eyes down her cheek. The same mark appears under her other eye and her eyes turn blue.)
Raine: I will finish you quickly, I have business with Trey.
Nuvia: Hey! Stop flying!
Raven: Why don't you make me?
Nuvia: Yeah ok.
(Nuvia increases Raven's gravity by four which smashes her into the ground.)
Nuvia: Ahahahahaha!
(Trey takes off his hoodie. His flame shaped birthmark consumes his entire arm.)
Zellos: Finally, you're being serious.
Trey: It's about time I thrashed you good. No more holding back. Not against you, not against her. Not against anybody. And I will finally get you off my back about this pudding ordeal.
