Y/N POV
"I'm sorry, I should get back to class," I mumbled, trying to ignore his smile. "It's across campus."
"Ah, I see," He said, faintly smiling as he looked down. "I'll see you around then?"
I nodded with a small smile on my face as I returned to the front of the library to check out the book he'd recommended.

"What took you so long?" Jia asked as I finally took my seat beside her in the back of the lecture hall.
"I was across campus," I said bluntly, not paying much attention to the confused look on her face.
"So you're finally late to class, huh?"
I looked up to my right to find my classmate, Johnny Suh, standing beside me. I put my attention back on the professor, ignoring his remark.
He was always smiling and I never understood why. Him and Jia were closer than he and I were, so I also never understood why he tried to make conversation with me so much. Most of our classmates keep their distance from me since I'm usually known for being more on the "quiet and cold" side, yet that never stopped him from cracking a joke here and there. Despite me ignoring him most of the time, he seems like a sweet guy to hang around.
"Is there a problem Mr. Suh?" Our professor asked, causing everyone to turn their heads toward Johnny.
"No, of course not, sir," he replied with a casual smile, and slightly furrowed brows. "Just asking my friend here if I can take a seat beside her."
"I see. Be a little quieter next time," the professor said.
"Of course, sir," Johnny agreed with a peppy smile.
"How is it all the teachers here love you, and all of mine hate me," Jia loudly whispered to Johnny from across me.
"Maybe because I know how to whisper," he answered, mimicking her loud whisper as he did so.
I couldn't help but laugh a little at his remark. I glanced at him, noticing he smiled at my hushed laugh.
A/N: I found this gem in my camera roll, I don't remember saving it-
