Lillian's P.O.V
How could Matthew embarrass me like that? Now they all know about the eating disorder when all I'm trying to do is forget. I run into my room and grab my cell phone to call Alex.
"Lillian? It's about time you called me I've been waiting." Alex laughs.
"Sorry I've just been kind of busy." I explain.
"It's all good. So how's California?"
"I don't know, it's been fine I guess."
"Is something wrong?"
"Alex, they all know about my eating disorder. Matthew just told all his friends." I fell my eyes start to water.
"I'm sorry Lil."
"They already know about my suicide attempt and now they know I'm even more messed up." I say and wonder if Hayes knows about the suicide.
"Lillian you're not messed up. You got threw all of that stuff and you're different now. And so what if they know? You can't expect to keep this to yourself forever."
"I know-" I'm cut off when I hear a knock at the door.
"Lilly it's Matt can I come in?" Matthew yells through the door.
"I gotta go Alex. I promise to call you later. I really miss you."
"I miss you too and don't worry about it just call whenever you have time." Alex says and I hang up.
"Lillian? Can I come in?" Matthew yells again.
"Yeah." I say and Matt enters the room and sits next to me on the bed.
"Hey I'm really sorry I know you're sensitive about that stuff and I'm sorry I brought it up."
"It's alright." I sigh. "It's really not that big of a deal that your friends know I sort of overreacted."
"I'm glad you forgave me or else I wouldn't pay for your clothes tomorrow." Matt laughs.
"Tomorrow?" I ask.
"Yeah remember we're going shopping tomorrow..."
"Oh, yeah." I say and then the door slams open.
"Matt hurry up the game is starting." Cameron says.
"Coming. Bye Lilly, good talk." Matt kisses my head and runs out to watch the game.
