Stormy's dad is a great leader. But not so much of a great dad. He is toughening up his boys and only pays attention to Stormy when he has the time. Yeh sometimes he cracks jokes here and there.
He abuses his kids (besides Sam) but it's not intentionally. It's only when he's under the influence.
So in other words, he won't get a father of the year award anytime soon.
