Choices- James Potter [ON HOLD]

Howler

It was what was meant to be the day of Bellatrix's wedding and it has now been four days since Cassiopeia run away and she has been happier living with Lily and her family, (not counting Petunia) than she has ever been in her seventeen years living at Grimmauld Place down in London. 

Cassiopeia was sat at Lily's desk with a 'pen' as Lily called them in her hand with a piece of lined parchment in front of her. Cassiopeia sat in front of the desk with the intentions of writing to her boyfriend and her brother telling them what happened but she just didn't know what to write. So she settled for a simple:

Dear Sirius and James,

I ran away 

Love Cassiopeia x 

Cassie smiled satisfied with the letter placing it into its envelope and handing it to Lily's owl instructing it to take the note to Potter Manor. Then she got up with a smile waltzing off to find her red headed friend.

"On guard!" exclaimed Sirius holding the end of a wooden spoon like a sword pointing it in James' direction.

"I challenge thee to a duel!" responded James pointing a spatula at the bloke. 

"Why you-" but Sirius was interrupted by a brown and white owl sweeping through an open window and landing on the table dropping a small letter in front of the two boys. "Oi ain't that Lily's owl" Sirius observed

"Yeah I think it is mate" frowned James putting his spatula down. Sirius took the letter from the table eyes widening in surprise. "What is it?"

"Cass' handwriting" he noted before James snatched the letter from his hands 

"What? Let me see" he huffed as he opened the envelope "Dear Sirius and James" he read "I ran away Love Cassiopeia, kiss" 

"Oh she ran away" they shrugged nonchalantly until a wave of realisation suddenly hit them "She ran away?!"

"I'm telling you I make a mean lemon meringue pie" smirked Cassiopeia as she conversed with the muggle family. 

"Lemon meringue!" exclaimed Mr Evans "Oh I love lemon meringue" he sighed dreamily thinking about the food. 

"Oo! Let's make one!" suggested Lily 

"Right now?" asked Cassiopeia shocked

"Yeah why not?" laughed Mr Evans as he led the two girls to the kitchens 

They spent around twenty minutes preparing the mixture for the pie placing it into the oven when suddenly they were interrupted by a familiar owl unfortunately carrying a red envelope that the two girls were able to recognise as a- 

"Howler!" exclaimed Lily

"Oh no.." muttered Cassiopeia when the letter began to unravel 

"Cassiopeia Walburga Black!" exclaimed the voice of her twin brother through the mouth of the letter
