"Father," Ash said bitterly, Delia who was getting their luggage out of the G-Wagon that Grace picked them up in Tensed visibly, She knew it was going to be a bittersweet reunion, She loved her husband and knew how to deal with it because she understood why Richard left them,

Ash on the other hand since the age of 10 had a pure distaste towards him, To a level of hate, But he never hated him, Ash understood he had to leave but he never thought why or for what reason, And to be honest he wouldn't care,

Serena who just entered the scene placed a hand on ash's shoulder, His eyes turned back to their usual amber colour from the Teal which shows his anger, Serena knew that look, She was never the cause of his anger and to be frank Ash wasn't a short-tempered person, he was calm, collected and level headed,

But sometimes He gets PISSED, a few examples being when people mistreat Pokemon, When women aren't treated properly and when food is wasted among others, he let his heart do the right thing always no matter the consequences because to be frankly honest he could afford to deal with them.

But This was a new level of anger, Ash loved his mother to the moon and back, Mind you he loved Serena just as much if not more but It is the relationship between a single mother who raised her son and A son who considered his mother his everything.

He provided anything and everything that she ever needed or wanted, He was grateful to his mother for sticking with him and guiding him through his tough times because life isn't just Ice-cream, Cakes and roses, Life was, is and will always be a roller coaster ride with the ups and downs and loops and whatnot

But something's were constant, Ash and Serena's undeniable love for each other was constant no matter what, But each still had their insecurities. To Ash his biggest Insecurity was when he realised that he was going to become a father, What if he was like his own father, What he would leave, what if this what if that When he began explaining all this to Serena, she shut him off with a kiss,

She took her time explaining why he was what he is and how he reached where he was in the world, He was a different person and She trusted in him to take care of their child with the love and affection he or she deserves,

"Serena I'm gonna go for a drive, I need to clear my mind," Ash said so only she could hear, She nodded and Ash left to their room leaving Serena with both their mothers and Ash's Father,

Serena looked at Richard and gave him a small smile, She pushed the front door wider allowing the three adults to enter, "I'm Serena, Nice to meet you Mr Ketchum" She said, "I know who you are dear, Delia wouldn't stop talking about you throughout the flight" Richard said with a chuckle, A chuckle similar to that of Ash,
