• ^Dream's POV^
I turned around and faced SapNap as he dropped the match.
"SapNap no!" I yelled.
It was to late. I was to late to stop him. I watched as the match hit the ground and ignited my home. I was thrown into full panic mode. I quickly covers my mouth with the sleeve of my hoodie and looked over at my mistress. She was staring at the flames in fear and guilt. I grabbed her hand and started to run out of the house, leaving SapNap behind. Once we made it out of the home Mia my mistress, tugged her hand away from me.
"What about him? He's still in the house!" She yelled at me.
I looked at her to my home. I watched as the flames grew at an alarming rate. I looked back it Mia.
"I can't go back to get him. We'll have to wait for the fire department" I said, "Wait...Patches!"
As if on cue I heard distressed meowing. I looked over to where the sound was coming from. I ran over to Sapnap's truck and saw Patches safe within the truck. I let out a soft sigh of relief.
"Why didn't you tell me?" I heard Mia whisper softly.
I turned and met her gaze, "What do you mean?"
"Why didn't you tell me about him?! We hurt him so badly. I could see it in his expression!" She yelled as Fire trucks started to come into view.
I opened my mouth to respond but was cut off by Mia pushing me into the truck, "Why would you every cheat on a man that loved you that much? Your sick in the head!"
I stayed silent and looked down at the ground. She was right and now it was my fault that SapNap was hurt and maybe even dead. I turn around and open Sapnap's truck and sit in the drivers seat. Patches hops into my lap and looks up at me. I started to pet her and watch as firefighters and paramedics enter my house.
I watched as they pulled out something. That something was a someone. I placed Patches on the passenger seat and open the door. I ran to SapNap's side. A firefighter saw me and held me back.
"No no no no, please let me see him! I just want to see if he's okay" I said as tears started to fall.
"I'm sorry sir but I can't do that." The firefighter said and he held me in a hug.
I felt a hand being placed on my shoulder. I looked up and saw Mia. I looked back at the limp body of SapNap. I saw a paramedic walking over to us with a sorrowful expression. They pause and look at me.
"I'm sorry sir." They said softly.
"No...." I look at Sapnap and see that he's being covered with a blanket, "No..!"
I let out a loud cry.
I just lost him.
I lost him
I really fucked up
