Fable Legacies Austin's mom is still not shown and i kinda do have a theory of who it is
I do think its the Wind Spirit also known as Gale from Frozen 2
Austin is a free spirit that is very playful (Shown in the very beginning) mischievous (Not following Fionn's rules and would cause trouble without noticing it) curious (He question things and would not let go of a question until answered) Pretty Oblivious (Eros had flirted with him and Austin didn't get it)
The Wind Spirit, Gale is a playful, mischievous and curious spirit, She is also pretty close with Olaf and would mostly be seen playing around with him in some scenes
I just somehow think that Gale is Austin's mother since both of them have so many things in common-
