HARRY

Harry: Zayn, I need to talk to you.

Zayn: You've done enough Harry, let it go.

Harry: No, please.

Harry: I want to apologize to Louis.

Harry: I know what I did was absolutely horrible, and I want to tell him how sorry I am for that.

Harry: And that I love him too.

Zayn: ...fine. I'll help you. What do you need?

LOUIS

Harry: Hey Lou, I know you might find it strange that I'm messaging you after so long, but I miss you. I miss your cute giggle, and your small hands and your gorgeous face. I understand if you don't want to come, but if you do, I'll be waiting for you at the place we had our first kiss.

I didn't know what to say. After more than a week, Harry had reached out to me. I didn't know whether I wanted to scream in anger, or jump with joy.

"I think you should go."

I was startled when Zayn sat down beside me, smiling slightly. I narrowed my eyes at him.

"You had something to do with this didn't you?"

He shrugged his shoulders. "I might have."

I shoved him.

"Lou! He really cares about you, I promise. He was just being hard-headed. He wants to fix this to the best of his ability."

I sighed. "Fine, I'll go. What should I wear?"

Zayn laughed. "I really don't think it matters. Harry would think you're beautiful with a garbage bag on."

I groaned. "Right, thanks for the help."

"Well, go on! Don't keep him waiting."

"He's kept me waiting for the past week, I think a few minutes won't hurt him," I sassed back, but jumped up and walked quickly to my car.

HARRY

I sat on the ground, staring at my phone, waiting for it to light up with a response from Louis. After twenty minutes without a reply, I flopped down on the ground with a huff.

"Fuck!" I yelled.

"Are you okay?"

I sat up in surprise. Louis was sitting beside me, a worried look on his face.

"Louis," I breathed out. "You came."

"Harry, I'm not mad at you. I could never be mad at you."

I looked at him incredulously. "You should be! I treated you horribly. You should be yelling at me, hitting me, doing something! Fuck, Lou, I'm so sorry. You didn't deserve that. You were right, I should have payed more attention to you."

"Harry, it's okay, she's your best friend. I get that you wanted to spend some time with her."

"Actually, she's not."

Louis looked at me, confused. "What do you mean?"

"It turns out she wanted to have sex with me," I shuddered at the memory. "I'd rather not talk about it, it was gross, but I can assure you, I didn't cheat on you, I would never. Let's just say, we won't be seeing her again."

He giggled. "Ew, straight people. Gross."

I laughed with him. "I missed that. Your giggle. I missed everything about you actually."

He smiled, and leaned into my side. I hugged him tightly, kissing his feathery hair. "Can we agree never to do this again?" he asked.

I nodded. "Oh, definitely. This week was torture. Actually, I almost forgot!" I stood up, running over to where my bag was leaning against a tree. "I have something for you."

"Buying my heart back with presents, huh?"

I laughed. "Oh, sod off. I've been wanting to give this to you for a while, and now seems like a good time."

"Harry," he breathed out

"Harry," he breathed out. "This is beautiful."

"It was my step-dad's. He gave it to me before he died, and I want you to have it."

He shook his head. "This is too much. I couldn't."

I rolled my eyes, grabbing his hand, and putting it in.

"Babe, I want you to take it and wear it every day. Please?"

He sighed. "Anything for you."

I smiled, leaning in to kiss him softly. "And by the way, I love you too."
