Haruto's P.O.V.
Today, we were all going to observe Christina's martial arts training. She has only been part of us for about a week, but her power is far greater than mine. I am ashamed to say that, but it's very true.
Ryoto came into the courtyard with a dummy for Christina to use. Honestly, I think she would be fine just fighting Tai.
I noticed Christina watching Taisei very closely. My curiosity was killing me. I had to know what she was thinking about. Temptation overtook me and I read her mind.
I really hope Taisei doesn't try to kiss me again. That's what she was thinking. Now, I just may have to kill Tai.
Christina did incredibly well during her martial arts training. I think Ryoto agreed, because he said, "I think you're ready for some real fighting."
"Really?" Christina asked.
"Yeah, but against who?" Ryo answered with a question.
"What about Taisei?" I offered almost instantly.
"I don't see why not." Ryoto grinned. "You okay with that Christina?"
"I'm honestly indifferent as to who I fight." She smiled.
"Alright then, Tai, get ready to fight against the new recruit."
"What?!? I have no intention on fighting such a pretty girl." Taisei objected.
"So you admit defeat?" I asked him.
"No! I just don't fight beautiful ladies." Tai answered.
"I'm afraid I have to side with Haru. In our line of work, you never know who you may have to fight." Ryo explained.
"Ugh. Fine, I'll do it." Tai frowned.
Thirty minutes after the fight began, neither one of them had been touched. Every time one threw a punch or a kick, the other dodged easily. We would've kept going but Tai and Christina both needed to rest.
